Concerning all the people who remember Nelson Mandela dying in prison in the 80's, are there any of those people in his own country who remember that? I feel like the people with that particular memory are from parts of the world apart from South Africa.
With the bible some people are concerened about the Lords prayer changing, there has always been a difference between the Catholic version and Protestant versions in that catholics omit the last verse. They always have. The terms Trespasses and Debts have always been used interchangeably also.
The California Dreaming lyrics were definitely misheard as were We Are The Champions (Queen never sang "of the world" at the end).

Hmmm the reported examples of this phenomena which resonate with me are:
