Does anyone use those herbal tonics Linda mentions in the Apple a Day chapter? Are they still available? Do they help? I suffer from deep bouts of depression (just like she says #8 people do) and I could use some sort of natural rememdy.

When Linda's book first came out I ordered the tonic this was so many years ago that I cant really remeber all of the effects it had on me I think it was #7 and I can remember feeling energized. Sorry I cant be of more help. Love Jade
