Last month "Santa" gave me the most precious
gift. It was indeed like a dream come true..it was too good to last.
I have had panic attacks, felt sererly depressed, on medications to recover, even my medical knowledge and sound mind has not helped me to recover. One moment I am fine, an hour later I go into a cold turkey state.
I just want my life back and be able to move on. Or will Santa return my gift???

My DOB: May 2nd 1961
Virgo rising

Thank you

Well, I meant Santa Claus. I met this person
on the eve' of Christmas and he was like a dream come true. Don't know what else to say!

I take it the way you are feeling has affected a potential relationship?

Medical 'knowledge' has been to my detriment in trying to get over panic attacks (I don’t suffer depression). My Doctor told me that I had a chemical imbalance and I would need to take anti-depressant medication for the rest of my life

I have read everything there is to read but got the best advice here at Lindaland

I realised my thoughts had to change in order for me to be better again (thanx mercury). For the past month or so I started one step at a time on my road to recovery. I know I still have a long way to go as it is not an overnight process and there are many stepping-stones along the way. I started distant healing with a Reiki master and then contacted a local reiki master to do one on one healing/attunement with me. My 'teacher' (the reiki master referred to me through DHN) has guided me and supported me and has been the miracle my life has needed. Yes, miracle.

I'll get some links for you.

Go here: www.the-dhn.com

It may take a couple of weeks for someone to contact you but when they do make sure you resonate with them and take it from there.

I take it the 'cold turkey' is how you describe your panic atacks? eg. when I have a panic attack I tremble, shake, my breathing becomes out of control, my mouth goes dry and I feel I cant swallow etc.

Anyway, I've rambled on enough.....
