bases, I think I might have misunderstood something, so I'd like your take on it, for clarity.

When doing rite #1--

Do I spin till I get dizzy, 21 separate times?

Or do I spin continuously 'til I've gone around 21 times?

An important distinction. Thanks.

Trillian. The first exercise is to be repeated 21 times, continuosly, like any of the other rites. If you get dizzy before completing 21 turns, you stop, rest and continue with the second rite. After some days or weeks youŽll be able to complete the riteŽs 21 spins with no dizzyness.

Thank you Bases.

I have no trouble doing any of these for the 21 repetitions. In fact, I enjoy them. It's been a little over a week that I've been doing a total of 21 for each.

I haven't noticed any really big changes yet. Except. I think I am noticing a decrease in appetite, and that less food is needed to fill me. So I'm truly hoping those will continue.

It's also my hope that by becoming more balanced through these rites, I will be able to regulate my thyroid, as I am hypo-thyroid (underactive). Do you think these rites could help, Bases?

Many thanks.

Navia, it looks as if Debbie has received a Hartmann radiation on her body. The center of her bed is exactly on a hartmann knot. She can be completly sure about the cause with a cat. A cat should sleep in the middle of the bed, because cats love those teluric radiations. A dog can help too. If a dog is placed on the bed to sleep there, it will try to avoid the center area.

No matter what therapy she receives, if the cause isnŽt removed as the first step, the tumor wonŽt disapear at all. Please let her know.

Navia, I forgot to say that the radiation has been received by her for ten years, while sleeping.

Trillian, as you know, the thyroid belongs to the 5th chakra. Those exercises are to harmonize our chakras, so the problem with thyroid can be solved. Anyway, there are other exercises for the 5th chakra, and a very good one is with the voice, inhaling deep, slow and sayng "OOOOOM" when exhaling. The "o" is like in "PROM", but larger, not like in "hot" or "soon", etc. And the tone has to be as low as you can. That means the lowest frecuency your voice can vibrate, like a bass. Tone doesnŽt mean volume, so notice the difference, because the voice must be strong in this exercise.

Thank you Bases, I understand the distinction you're making and I will implement and practice beginning today!

It has been my desire to heal my thyroid for along time.

Many thanks and blessings to you.

Bases...that exercise really vibrates in the back of the throat!

Trillian, nice to see you enjoy that exercise (oooohm). It vibrates in the throat, but also in the torax. The best position is seeing the east.

Bases, silly me! When I pulled out the book a few weeks ago to refresh myself on the exercises, I didn't read through the whole thing. But the other night I read through the rest, and realized those OHM exercises are in there, for balancing the 5th chakra.

I've been doing them often, and definitely can feel a slight soreness in the area of the thyroid. Am hopeful that a reawakening has begun.

Hi Trillian, yes, next Friday's the big one. I keep getting distracted from the exercises. I did 5 yesterday, but forgot today. I even took a before picture of myself, which I guess I can't use now that I'm not doing them regularly. I really enjoy them though. Hopefully by speaking about my lack of committment, I wil become more committed. But you know, I feel very relaxed about not doing them. I feel it's important to realise you don't HAVE to do things completely - just be happy. You know? That said, I Will Get Into A Routine!

Dean.
