My aunt use to get these alot.
She used any type of milk product she had on hand to relieve the pain and itching.

Yogurt
Sour Cream
Milk
Butter Milk

I had this years ago and of late it seems to have improved, but when I stop taking vitamin B complex I get really itchy down below with a discharge (sorry to be so graphic), but when I take it regularly I feel better - hope this helps x
