I am riding a wave at the moment and I am on the crest-meaning I am feeling 'happy' for the time being. Now the question is how long will it be for?
I know what is causing my depression but unfortunately due to circumstances I can't do much to eliminate the cause of my depression.

Guys I have good news. I have finally plucked up the courage and I have an appointment with a psychologist on Friday.
