Chop it up...put it in the mixer with some orange juice and drink up...

weird... I actually decided to eat a piece. It made my throat tight. I was a litte uncomfortable for most of the day.

What are the benefit to consuming aloe vera?

It's also great for removing splinters. Especially if it's deep or from young child's hand.
Just cut a piece of a plant. Open up the soft insides and put it on a splinter. Secure it with bandage over night. By morning the splinter will be in the bandage
