Hi AriesT, I meant real Dates vis a vis boy-girl dating For alkalinity boost, dried dates and dried figs are best but a chore to eat so Semi-Dried Dates is what I eat. I prefer Indian or Omanese/Saudi dates. I will be experimenting this whole month of May, hopefully the perfect weekly recipe will be ready then. Will keep in mind the fruit sugar excess, am eating small portions at a time only. I think extra water and aerobic exercise along side will take care of any sugar from fruit. IP: Logged |

Hi, I totally sympathise with you. I have always suffered from various menstrually related problems. They got worse and worse after I had my son- I got to the point where I was in some kind of pain almost all month. Menstruation got so painful, that I could barely speak or walk. I went to different doctors on countless occasions and they ranged from being really quite nasty to plain uninterested- telling me that this was normal- and gving me some more pain killers. I decided to try some herbal supplements. I now take St John's wort and Vitex (agnus castus) every day ( as well as multivitamins) and the improvement has been quite dramatic. I now have fairly normal periods (sometimes I don't take any pain killers at all!). I know that these supplements are making a difference, because if I forget them for a few days, the old symptoms start creeping back again. Sorry that this post is a bit long, but I really hope this info could help. (You probably already know, but must mention that St John's wort affects some medications and medical conditions) IP: Logged |

Hi Guys!I used to cramp really bad..I can remember a couple of days I couldn't go in to work - just stayed in bed all day. And then I met this wonderful lady who told me all I needed to do was roast some sesame seeds, put them in a bottle and take a teaspoon a day. They are a MIRACLE! I don't even know when I have my period anymore. SunShyne IP: Logged |
