Topic: What are Aura colors & is sending light the same?

It was suggested that I meditate to remove dark blue aura. What colors are there, and how do you know if you have them. I also heard someone mention sending green light; is that the same as aura colors? IP: Logged |

Medtitation does work and I would also recommend to research about what dark blue means, you should also know it's location and intensity, and try to understand what could be causing it if you perceive it as negative and want to change it because the color is a symptom pointing you to something, the cause is what you should be meditating on rather than just the color. "What colors are there, and how do you know if you have them.:
Aura colors occupy a vast spectrum, all on a higher resonance, there are many shades and tones. You can practise seeing auras yourself, there are a lot of techniques published out there, you will find the correct steps in most books on the subject.
Just do as much research as you can and answers will start popping up everywhere. "I also heard someone mention sending green light; is that the same as aura colors? "
I will say that once you have seen an aura it becomes so much easier to visualize light and use it because both energies are on a similar band of frequency. Our Auric field will always respond to light energy and the intention it carries with it, that's why healing people from a distance can work. This is just my experiences of course, and do make sure you get yourself a book on the subject- very very interesting!!!  IP: Logged |

Thanx for your responces. Someone once told me she could see my aura, and she didn't get along with people that had maroon auras. At that time I wondered if she could actually see my aura. I 'took it with a grain of salt'. Now that I know they can be seen I will have to find out what maroon means as well. OK, I'm really curious now! I will do some research on the subject.  ------------------
