No, not okay really.....my health isnt great and I am not sleeping.

Am worried about Dad and all the stuff leading up to the funeral is taking its toll on me.

I went to see my accupuncturist yesterday and he said i had "slipped back" and that I had gone thro a huge shock.

Hate to say this, but beginning to wonder what life is all about. It feels like too much of a struggle of late...am not coping too well

I feel quite depressed....

Wednesday- just send it-you do not have to know too much because you will learn as you go. Your s-elf knows. You can read books later to verify. Every nano-second you are sending and receiving love, light, good and bad stuff. Just try to have not much negative voices in your head and say, "White light to..."
Not Magick! You can send and send and send but not have control of earthly happenings! Everything is really spiritual refinement so people do die and ail and suffer. The white light you send will find its best use spiritually.
Sue G., make sure you get all your electrolytes, maybe drink some Pedialyte, you know the stuff they give kids who are sick. Soothe your cells and let your sorrows flow. keep your homeostasis so your grief and stress do not harm the physical body, ok?
