I could not find this bulb in India.

What I did was, I wrapped red paper(the one we use to wrap sweet boxes)in front of goose lamp bulb(bit far so that it should not get burn).

That has helped me, when I was during red light, all my friends started giving me compliments that I looked slimmer, and something else too.

I grew in height also, which was a miracle for my family. When I got married at the age of 19, I was shorter than my husband and after doing red-light(when I was 25), I was taller than him. Though my height changed during red light time, so I don't know whom to give credit - red light for my height or my age.

Thank you!

Hi sVirgo

I was just curious about how much you grew, have others noticed this and was it your intention or wish to? have you now achieved your desired results from the color-diet?

When I read first time Lindagoodman, I just kept faith on every word written there. Then I tried there, I knew that it works for weight and height both. I think I grew 2 inches. I don't know what was the reason, it could be that I was just 19 years old and could grow easily in height that time.

I also lost in fat, I felt fat abs.
The great things is my family noticed it, because I turned taller than my husband. It was worry for everyone. Then I stopped.

After few years, I did it again and lost fat, but that time I had no intention in gaining in height. Still that time too, people started saying me that I looked taller than my usual look.

Thank you!

Hi! Me and my mother started this diet about a week ago. We are both funs of Lindas books and wanted to try it .-) Unfortunatelly, so far, we didn't have much a success. I wanted to ask you, if it's ok to smoke cigaretts and drink beer. Well, I am from the Czech republic, so we are kinda beer drinkers .-) So far I'm drinking red wine. I also wanted to ask you, what kind of breads did you eat. We are baking our own breads, but I'm not sure if from right things. Well, my mother is baking .-) Choosing the right food is a little problem. It requires to cook everything on your own. Have any of you eaten things like white chocolate, ketchup? They all contain sugar, like most of the things you can get in mall. Well, we are going to continue, hope it'll start to work .-) Thanks for any information you can give us! .-)

Hi dunnst,

I am sorry for late reply.
I don't smoke and I don't drink beer. I was more on red beans and rice. Yes, I prefered home cooked food during that period.

I was eating watermelon. You can check list mentioned in linda goodman star signs.

I am Virgo, so I was bit practical during those days and followed exactly what lindagoodman star signs suggested, even for clothes too. All of a sudden, my whole wardrobe was filled with red and white. I removed all blacks, even including my bed sheets.

Good Luck with your diet!

Thank you!

Hi all knowflakes

starting the diet for plumpies on march 12 2008

quick doubt on two aspects

will 60 watt bulb do ?
i have tried for two months with no luck of finding the 75 watt

is curd (yogurt) , wheat bread, olive oil allowed on the diet?

what kind of biscuits are allowed?

Waiting for a knowflake to enlighten me

Thanks
