I have started color diet for plumpies from 3rd Dec. I am feeling light and good.

These are my experiences, are they normal.
While taking red light on my body, I feel like blue and green colors are coming out of my body. After 5-6 days I started feeling my upper body in cream color. But my soul is still taking out blue and green color. I feel all those colors around my soul.

Diet
----
I am not sure of lot of things, so I would love if everyone can give their inputs so that I really achieve 54-63 days plan.

Is Sprite(Soda) can be taken as it is white in color or Diet Pepsi as it is red in color.

Why fish is said No out of plumpies diet?

Color
-----
What about purple and grey color clothes?

Purple Plate
------------
I use purple plate from so long on my chair, under my pillow and I am wearing purple disc around my neck.

Do I need to remove them.

Thank you for help!!

Diet
-----
about dry fruits?
which are valid for Plumpies diet
like
Cashews as they are white in color, even if salted, I think they are golden in color.

Did the rainbow diet/color diet work in the end?

Many of us here have discussed the invalidity of Linda's recommended "rainbow" diet.

I would apply to common sense- I would NEVER drink soda, spryte, or coke, even diet coke, when I'm trying to lose weight!

Are fish suitable for people trying to lose weight? Again, I would apply to common sense.

As for the purple plate- I've never used one, am not familiar with it, albeit I have read about it in Star Signs- personally, I'm a skeptic when it comes to alternative medicine, so I would be looking at other potentially precipitating factors for the areas in my body where it hurts, and try to deal with that- but the purple plate would not be on top of my list of choices.

I am new here, and also have recently started the Rainbow diet. What a coincidence - I started on Dec. 3rd, as well, Svirgo! Anyway, I am feeling disappointed because I have been following every recommendation and have not lost weight, in fact I feel that I've gained. As of today, I am seriously thinking of abandoning it. Has anyone found success with this?

Hello Everyone!!
Yes, it worked very well for me. I just did it for 27 days and I lost 5 pounds during that time. But then I gained back 3 pounds after I left in last few weeks.

During color diet, I recieved so many compliments like I have lost too much, I am getting thinner, my waist is getting smaller etc.

When I was on diet, I mentioned that I felt that I am still leaving blue rays out of my body.

And now when I do my aura cleansing, I still feel that my red chakra is not working well. So may be that is the reason I gained back weight.

I will restart after some time. I love this and feel too light, and energetic doing color-diet.

I have just started the color diet. I have been very careful to follow Linda's directions exactly, as she emphasizes that it is important to follow ALL of the tips.

I have hidden my scale in the garage, so I have no idea if I have lost any weight or not.

HOWEVER . . . I looked down yesterday, and I saw my toes! I have not seen my feet in 7 years since my first baby was born.

DH does Reiki, Johrei, etc., and has commented that I seem happier, more energetic, etc. Perhaps more *balanced* ? (He's a Libra, so that would matter to him, hee hee.)

I will keep posted as I go along. Send me lots of RED energy and Mars drumbeats.

I did notice that at first I seemed thinner, and that when I went for my chiropractic adjustment, things popped a lot easier than they usually do. And my mood, which tends towards depression, has definitely been more mellow. But alas, no weight loss. I'm going to wait a few months, and try again with a higher wattage light bulb, and buy red tinted sunglasses and more red and white items of clothing. And next time, I will do all the boosters. I appreciate the feedback!

I am restarting this color diet, I did it earlier and had seen results.
So if anyone wants to join, let us see each other improvements and we can also guide each other on diet etc.
Red bulb I bought it online, I did google search.
Let us count how many are starting, if anyone wants to join.
I am starting from today as I think it is perfect time because it is moon waxing period. And I will do red light in night time.

I'm going to start this week, if not today.

I was supposed to go and get the bulb today, but the plans got a little derailed. Now I'm thinking of starting it this thursday.

sVirgo, i inaugurated the diet yday (Monday, March 12th)

i am making do with a 25 watt red bulb i got from walmart. i dont hv the red color tumblers as yet. I got a lot of foods exclusively in the red-orange-yellow spectrum. i wear red shades when i go out in the sun.

i want to know whether i am doing it right. i dont hv star signs. i found this info on a website. cud u please read it and tell me if it is right??

I am glad that I have your company to share our experiences with color diet program.

The site you mentioned is explaining everything the same way, the way Lindagoodman star signs book stated.

I have bought 100 watts bulb from online, as I also checked in Walmart and they had 25 watts bulb.

If you want, you can buy online or carry on with your 25 watts bulb with faith on it.

I bought red ruby glasses and tumbler from Target.

hey svirgo, i am glad too

thanks for letting me know abt the glasses. i'll chk out target today itself.

i used the 25 watt bulb yday night....and its pretty strong. i guess i'll go with it for now. when i get used to it, i cud go for a higher wattage.

the reason i hv undertaken this color diet is tht i suspect that my chakra's r out of whack too. for years and years i hv only been wearing all the yin colors. i used to hate red, orange, yellow, pink. but recently i find myself getting attracted to red's and orange's. tht is why i liked this idea in the first place.

sVirgo, helppppp !!!

there is one impediment, once big hurdle i must cross for this diet to be successful....give up coffee

i thought i wasnt an addict....i hv it only one a day, in the afternoon....and now i find tht i just cant do without it....i begin to droop around 12-4, if i dont get my daily shot of caffeine....actually, even tea wud do....is tea allowed?

i feel so drowsy tht it is difficult to keep my eyes open...and at school, with my advisor always around, tht can be FATAL !!

Do not worry at all!!
I am drinking tea everyday. I take almost 3-4 cups everyday.
I think tea is okay(not green tea) because I too have confirmed it earlier. I add milk too so it turns orangish or cream sort of.

What do you consider for EggPlant? Do you think it comes in our reddiet.

ohhh, thank you

i checked the food list, and it mentions red cabbage...and isnt tht kinda purplish too! so i think eggplant shud be ok, but if u want to make doubly sure, u cud discard the skin. (peel it before cooking it). if this can be done for potato, it can be done for eggplant too

can the red light bath be taken for longer than 15 minutes if one is using a lower wattage bulb?

Yes, you got brilliant idea in matching my eggplant dish with red cabbage.

Can you stay more than half an hour, as you have to do 15 minutes on solar plexus and then 15 minutes on sole. I think there might be some time relation with taking light.
I am not sure, because I always took total of half an hour.

Good to hear from you. Be in touch. We will achieve results.
I had the same problem.
I could not take from last Saturday, just got too busy.
I wanted to write you that I missed.
I think we have to restart counting.
Good to hear that you lost 1.5 pounds.
I think I also felt the same.

I actually JUST read this far in Star Signs and I am going to follow it while I am at a 6 week camp this summer... (My sister is very negative and I have a feeling that her negativity and riducule would get to me and make it less effective)... So it does work? For some of you, at least... I shall tell you if it works to balance my aura, as well. I don't have that many "red" traits, so to speak.... take care, all of you!
