Do you save leftovers, or do you throw them away?

Do you save and eat your leftovers until they are completely gone (eaten)?

Finances are such that I save leftovers, yes.
And they get eaten until they're 1) gone, or 2) candidates for the garbage can.....

we normally have the food cooked on the previous day evn on the next day if leftover...not beyond that.
or if there is something that we dont want to eat and is leftover,we give it away to our houselelps.
usually whatever is kept away in the refrigerator does not go bad...at least for a day or two..
