When I am upset I cannot digest food and get that bloat.It is classic
The best thing to do is fast.

My website is DONE except I am getting testimonials now.
I feel so happy and so peaceful.
it is not up yet but it should be next week I think.
It feels like I was given invisible pushes.I have Pluto trine the NN.
If I started to tell you all the supernatural things that have happened with my finishing it you would not believe it.
Why do I have such little faith when so many supernatural things happen to me

i have this belly bloat for a couple of years... got worse in the last 1 1/2 years or so...

since i'm a hedonistic Sagittarius, fasting really turns me off but how do i go about it?

Have been doing a partial Juice Fast.I do it until I really want something and then I eat it

I am having one meal a day it seems.
When you are stressed in any way you should do what an animal does--not eat.
I am not saying this to you in particular but as a general rule lol

oh strange! i just saw your post there now, but after i posted on your raw food thread!

i said it over there, but i'm going thought a bizarre period of non-interest in fancy food. i'm eating like 1 1/2 meal a day now and i don't get really hungry. so i just don't eat!

Humans should fast, more or at least go through periods of small meals.
