Thanks Faith
I have to gear myself up for another project which takes me time. I hate change

Garden of Life Perfect Food is powerful but nothing would be as good as making things yourself, for sure!

Imagine very diluted lemonade as a starting point. The sweetness is faint, but it's there.

Ami, just wanted to post an update~

I tried growing wheatgrass outside in the shade of our apple tree, and it worked perfectly! No mold, no problems.

I do have to wash the grass thoroughly (the kids love the tiny snails and slugs I find in the grass...every cloud with its silver lining!) but I get a lot of juice, and it regrows very fast outside.

SO that's the method that is working great for me.

Wow thank you, Faith
Do I have to buy a separate wheat grass juicer. I have a Champion Juicer, now.

You're welcome, I think everyone ought to drink this stuff!

I don't know how a Champion would handle it. But I know that if you have a Vita-Mix you could just pulverize the grass with some water or juice and then strain it.

I forgot to mention that *shade* is important, wheatgrass doesn't like full sun. It takes about two days to sprout the wheat berries in the kitchen. Then I go out, "plough" some of the ground, lay out the sprouts close together and cover them with a thin layer of dirt. We've had enough rain that I don't have to water this "lawn."

That is all you do--pulvarize the grass and mix with some water. That does not sound hard

The same thing happened me Randall!!!

One day! Just out of the blue!

I don't eat rice with my meat anymore, i just eat a ton of salad, sometimes cereal with fiber, sometimes it's a ton of carrot shavings. I've replaced rice with healthy things!! But i didnt mean to, my body just craves it and feels disgusted by rice now all of a sudden.

I've also become addicted to salad, especially without dressing. I just eat a bowl of romaine lettuce by itself. I even get grossed out at the thought if butter or mayonnaise on my potatoes. Anything greasy---yuck (meat is often greasy, so double yuck!)

My snacks are no longer chips! They gross me out!!! Now it's broccoli, tomatoes with mayonnaise, celery, cheese and grapes, and any kind of fruit.

I feel ten times better----like i am feeding my body with food from the gods

Yeah, for some reason I actually prefer fruit over anything else most of the time!
