Tried some ACV out of curiosity, it seems to give me a little more energy on my work out maybe placebo, will repeat and observe. ------------------

Great Information!
I will take Grape fruit juice before meal.I don't think I eat a lot. I am almost sitting whole day in front of computer, may be that is the reason, gaining weight around waist, and hips. IP: Logged |
