I read on internet, that ACV is good for weight loss. Started from a week - to drink 2 teaspoons with water(just normal room temperature). It does not taste good to me. Will share if I see weight loss. Thanks!IP: Logged |

Ok, Thanks, yes, ACV has such a bad taste, and mixing with juice will be good. Will start mixing from tomorrow.IP: Logged |

Yes, still drinking. Now, I am used to it. I add honey too. No effect, no weight loss.IP: Logged |

Stopped it! In last few minutes,I got too many issues with teeth.I am not sure, it could be a coincidence. So I stopped it, that is it due to ACV?IP: Logged |

awww bummer, that your ACV didn't work out for you, sVirgo5...Ever try Edgar Cayce's recommendation about drinking a little grape juice before having your meal? Randall knows about that one. IP: Logged |

I will go with lemon water early morning, it is less harder than ACV.Which grape juice would you recommend? I usually see all with concentrate. Thanks! IP: Logged |

I like Welch's for the taste. Concentrate is okay. It just means that they had to add water.IP: Logged |

I think the Readings suggested to the person the Welches?... I don't have my books anymore. But historically, if you think about it, that context of the readings was made in the early to mid-1900s. I don't know if there were that many brands of juices available then. I personally tended to like that brand because it tasted better (back in the 70s and 80s)... but then discovered that grape juice was a HUGE trigger for migraines with me. My life got a whole lot better after I discovered the offending-foods connection with migraines. My diet severely narrowed, but what works works, right?Have a great day! IP: Logged |

Edgar Cayce recommends a specific protocol for iodine drops for losing weight by regulating the thyroid, its a specific type of iodine, too. I would not recommend making up your own protocol, but following the protocol directly suggested worked for a friend of mine. It's listed in detail on the ARE website from the servant Cayce Institute in Virginia Beach, VA. IP: Logged |

I never heard the grape juice trick, but grapefruit juice is supposed to be good for weight loss too. The grapefruit essential oil is said to work the same way as grapefruit. IP: Logged |

Atomidine, Plutosurvivor! *blast from the past* name of the iodine substance. I remember using 3 drops in a full glass of water. (But I think the idea of having your thyroid checked is a good one... Atomidine would be a way to give the thyroid a rev, but I would check with the doctor to make sure there is no disease there.)I would think the grape juice idea had to do with raising the blood sugar level higher just before eating, so you'd feel you're less hungry when it came to taking your actual meal, or else you'd feel fuller sooner, thus eating less off your plate? I think the recommendation was to drink it around 20 (or 45) minutes before taking your meal. (I don't remember all the details.) Grapefruit Essential Oil smells really nice. IP: Logged |
