How many yogis/yoginis here? Anyone searching for a way to transformation and healing I recommend practicing asanas (even 10 minutes a day with a youtube video-once you've learned enough you can start to practice them from memory and focus) not for exercise but to open energy into the body.

xx

They crawl on your back. More of a baby goat massage than yoga, but that's what they call it.

I've been making yoga a regular habit since October!
Yoga appealed to me more once I learned that I can customize yoga to my ailments. It all started when I had back pains.

With wedding coming up, I have been finding lots of practices to balance/heal/open my solar plexus chakra.

A few weeks ago I could not shake a bad day, and I did a yoga for burn out. It really helped.

Today though, I'll be doing it for mensuration.

did some cat and cows, lots of butterflies, and variations of body twists.

She did the plow pose. I was scared to do it, since I was alone and have never tried it. I'm afraid he rest of my body will crash down on my neck. LOL!!
