How many yogis/yoginis here? Anyone searching for a way to transformation and healing I recommend practicing asanas (even 10 minutes a day with a youtube video-once you've learned enough you can start to practice them from memory and focus) not for exercise but to open energy into the body. xx IP: Logged |

They crawl on your back. More of a baby goat massage than yoga, but that's what they call it.IP: Logged |

I've been making yoga a regular habit since October! Yoga appealed to me more once I learned that I can customize yoga to my ailments. It all started when I had back pains. With wedding coming up, I have been finding lots of practices to balance/heal/open my solar plexus chakra. A few weeks ago I could not shake a bad day, and I did a yoga for burn out. It really helped. Today though, I'll be doing it for mensuration. IP: Logged |

did some cat and cows, lots of butterflies, and variations of body twists. She did the plow pose. I was scared to do it, since I was alone and have never tried it. I'm afraid he rest of my body will crash down on my neck. LOL!! IP: Logged |
