Mirage,
I believe that either through rebirthing, hypnosis, meditation, regression etc one would be taken back into one or more event in the past (in the womb, infancy, childhood ) either in this life time or in previous one, hopefully for the person to learn to accept and to let go. To release fear, anger, hatred, sadness, and other negativities. One less burden to the soul. One closer step to (soul) purification. IP: Logged |

I had a couple of hypnosis sessions like ten years ago. With one therapist from UK. We did skype typing sessions. For hypnosis. Can you imagine...? 😂😂
A couple of years later I found a group of Chinese (young) hypnosis therapists group trained under western famous hypnosis expert (she wrote a couple of best selling books in this field - too bad I could not remember her name). I worked with two of the practitioners in 2 different sessions. Never relaxed enough to get into the 'zone'.
Looking back, I think I have 'trust' issues as well. IP: Logged |

Have you read Louise Hay's 'You Could Heal Your Life'? She was abused since childhood and later healed herself of cancer.
I really like her audiobooks she reads herself. Her voice is powerful and soothing. PS: She was Sondra Ray's student. IP: Logged |

Oh! I didn't know that about Louise Hays.I've seen some of her written books. Never heard any audios. I'll have to search yt's to see if they have vids. Thanks. And we successfully did the exchange of emails.

Youtube has some videos about Hay's but only interviews and not in.depth about her work. Her audiobooks are about her teaching and affirmations. More like self-hypnosis as she recommends we listen to it daily for certain period of time. You can do it

etc Just found out Louis Hay died in her sleep at the age of 90 August 30, 2017.

I will respond.Yes. I saw news about Hay's death a while ago. It impacted one of my friend's life, in a negative (financial) way for her. At 90 yo, she has lived Well, and increased health and joy in many lives. RIP LL-Faith used to leave some of her urls and quotes. Led me to some spirituality-body sites. I am familiar with some of her quotes, and have 'considered' them into my self-talk.
I've been aware of those kinds of things since my college days, when I got involved in an Edgar Cayce study group.

Glad to hear that you have made peace and forgiven your mother.Why do you want to remove your stories? Totally unneccessary. Unless you have personal reason to do so. You are welcome to share about your health symptoms, here or email, if you like. On your uterus problem, have you considered that your body has chosen to heal itself? Miracle, you said! Indeed! And it is only a start of a series of more to come in your life journey. How do you like that? Inviting more health miracles to come into your life. If I may ask you something about rebirthing?
Now that you have experienced it, could you do that yourself if you could trust yourself that you are safe no matter what (and to keep breathing)? I think through rebirthing a person could release traumatic experience. Is this conclusion correct? IP: Logged |
