I bought that peppermint green tea with the granny face on it. There is something off I am not use to with the taste though, I think it's the honey. I seem to like Honest Tea peppermint green tea flavor for some reason.

Any ways I noticed that my periods are more regular when I drink lots of ice teas like that. It's my time of the month so I have been enjoying the pain relief and subtle caffeine boost.

I watch a youtube beauty guru who says drinking green tea daily is beneficial to long healthy hair.

Stawer, I think someone once said green tea works as a rinse like shampoo too.
Similar to beer. Brings hair shine & strength.
There are diy videos and shampoo choices out there.

The hair the green hair rinse sounds great!

I could really go for a hair cut, followed up by the green tea rinse at a spa!

Stawr, did you get the update? It sounded refreshing just right for spring.

No hair trim, or green tea rinse yet. I am hoping to get a trim before my bridal shower.

Time to take something today.....I realized it's been about a week since I've last had a cigg. I can naturally go a long time w/o smoking, with out putting any pressure on my self to quit.

While I do not have energy to go out and spend on a pack...I think I may be showing some withdrawal behavior. Like it ruins my whole day sometimes if someone is in my face inquiring to me when I basically just woke up, and have had about 0-3 sips of my coffee. It just sets the tone of me being on edge all day...because "talkie before coffee"=opposite of good morning for me.

After lunch today I will take....drum roll please................

Oh that was a rough pms day the last time I posted. I notice that if I am drinking green tea a lot before period I am less likely to be pyscho before my cycle starts.

Back on the zinc for 2 or 3 days in a row.

I make it a team effort with fiance. I take my zinc, he takes his saw palmeto. I read zinc is good for hair on a site the other day.

Digestive issues and ginger, no matter the format - it is so nice!

Also at night when the tummy hurts, natural intestinal break down could cause acid reflux or just slow to digest - I have tried getting my last eating over 9 hours before bed but it doesn't always work. I tried my honey/vinegar remedy. It went down harshly but it kicked the trouble away pretty quickly. My tummy upset was over so I could sleep.

Stawr, That sounds delish. Ginger is good in so many ways. Stir fry too.

Tea's Tea makes a green ice tea with ginger. I picked some up yesterday.

It's so good in a chai blend too.

When I visit out in these rural/trucker areas. Ice tea is not a choice. I wish ice tea was a more common choice. Pop leaves me having a sugar crash. I can have my iced teas back when I come back home. I’ll be by grocery stores back with organic ice teas. Sometimes I brew my own.

At the zoo yesterday it’s just water, pop, and sugary artificial lemonade. I see a vending machine that has unsweetened iced tea….but the vending machine was sold out of everything.

I haven’t had an ice tea in a while and my hormones and pms have been awful.

I've done a lot to not be bothered by it anymore....but I just had a "alight that's it! what am I going to do about these vibes?" I noticed my diffuser was off. Meant to refill it, but after that I was like do it now...I don't know what this essential oil will do for this situation but bring it on!

I've been using Palo Santo for my rocks. I think I still have sage somewhere.

I read that peppercorns are protection. While salt absorbs negativity.

I also read to pepper your door when someone you never want to see again walks out the door.

I am thinking of trying to pepper after my landlord leaves tomorrow. He is a total scumbag who should not be a landlord.
