My favorite is cinnamon. If people smelt like it I'd eat them.

I enjoy crushed red peppers.

Pastas,soups,meats,side dishes, etc etc.

I would boil a pack of ramen noodles with this added in, the whole house would smell like peppers and would make my eyes water.

Full stomach of fire.

I mix all kinds of crazy spices. My favs are garlic, vanilla, cilantro, curry...

Yesterday, I wrapped chicken breasts sprayed with olive oil pam, coated in garlic and wrapped in maple bacon, smoked on the grill. A very unique combo of flavors~o and the best part? Drizzeled some authentic Maine Maple syrup on the chicken as it was smoking~

So there's a site called "I hate Cilantro", and I'm seriously wondering if these people were dropped frequently as children. That is one of THE best flavorings in the world and it actually saddens me that people would willingly deprive themselves of it.

Espresso with cardamom and honey!!
It's also good for turkish coffee as is chicory. I like nutmeg in my coffee sometimes too, but I don't do that with really nice coffee. I've used cardamom to make a dessert and a stuffed pita dish and it worked fabulous too.

You know, there is actually a gene where cilantro tastes like soap. I have it. Sometimes I don't notice it but other times it gets to me.

Cilantro is also good for heavy metal detoxing/chelation.

I found a spice dealer on ebay. I just received my order. wild pepper from Madagascar, bourbon vanilla, Vietnamese curry...good stuff and cheap prices. If anyone is interested let me know. The dealer is in France. It takes a couple of weeks but its worth it. A lot of hard to find spices without the inflated prices!

I use cinnamon daily in my hot cereal - I always use more than anyone around me. I love it also and especially in combination with vanilla.

The other thing I absolutely love is cardamom!! I always knew I liked it but I really fell in love with it when an American-Indian girlfriend of mine took me to a fancy Indian restaurant. The smell of it in the cardamom tea was soooooo wonderful it got me hooked for life!

Once I saw a program of how to make turmeric to tea to alleviate arthritis pain. You have to be drinking it for a while to experience the benefits, or so they say.
