It's a type of bread from Ethiopia. Anyone here tried it before? It's used instead of utensils to scoop food with. Thinking of making it.

Made an attempt yesterday but my teff flour batter wasn't fermented enough - it sat out for 24 hrs only. I tried to speed it up with yeast but it didn't work. LOL. Next time I'm letting it ferment for 3-5 days!

However, my doro wat and my kik wat came out perfect!
