Wish I could post a pic

Phototbucket not cooperating.

Imagine, then, roasted butternut squash on applewood grille, (neath the HOT Texas mid day sun) wrapped japs with creame cheese n bacon, steaks marinated for hours....)

AND fresh caught salmon...smoked, on the applewood ofcourse!

The Cheese, I layered with mozerella, paremesan, red chili peppers, swiss, rosemary, fresh garlic and topped all with olive oil. Chillin it in the fridge to take a shape, but already had a sample..

yummmmm!

heaven?

YEP!

For this Taurus Moon Belly!

Yep! Randall and am going to make some more today or tomorrow.

Finally got my recipe tweaked out enough, just need to find more user friendly containers to smoke in.

And mozerella seems to be the best for taking in the smoke flavor, since it is such a mild cheese anyway.
