I drank Raspberry Leaf Tea daily when I was Pregnant.

Doesn't raspberry leaf promote a speedier delivery, Ellyn?

Oil of Bergamot gives it the flavour.

Even though it's a Black Tea.

Robert Planet likes Earl Grey

I would say start simple. Pick a blend with herbs you already have in your spice cabinet. Try the combination in equal parts to see how it turns out. Have some fun with it. Then plant your garden for your favorite tea blend and mix it fresh each time or mix it in bulk for off season enjoyment.

Good to know, yeah I'm starting to wonder if I should have Foenugreek if I don't have an infant. Maybe I should give one to my sister who is due in January or February. I'll be sure to let her know about the raspberry tea.

Did you have a natural birth? I don't think my sister is going that route, but if it doesn't interact with whatever drugs they give her I'm sure she would like that bonus.

So I've been making my passionflower tea into ice tea. Added one packet of stevia to it. Made it sweet, but is still a chore for me to drink.
According to this video I could try adding maple syrup, juiced fruit etc.

Worth a try. Any recommendations?
