I screwed up my tofu. It would not congeal. I Googled the whys and if you let the beans soak too long, that can happen. It was so much work and such a mess that I am parting ways with homemade tofu

I used the pulp called okara to make soy burgers. They were OK but I don't think I will do it again

I like the tofu in hot and sour soup. I never knew what those big yummy chunks were, but now I know it's tofu.

Last night, I pigged out on store bought tofu and it gave me a stomach ache. I think I will try the tofu project again. It is tempermental. You have to soak the beans, just so etc etc.
