Hi I am 18 and trying to be a vegan. Since 2 months I've been eating mostly vegan food.I enjoy cooking and experimenting with food. I recently created a recipe called "Spicy Kiwi Sauce" For this you need 6-8 kiwis and 1/8 of a scotch bonnet chilli. and you can either juice them or blend them in a high speed blender such as vitamix or nutribullet. When you're done, add the kiwi juice in a tall transparent glass and leave it still for 15 minutes. You will notice there will be sediments/layers. You can carefully remove the thick upper layer and add it into a bowl, add one heap of teaspoon of chia seeds in it and mix it. Leave it in the fridge overnight and the next day you will find that the chia seeds have expanded. You can use it in any way you like. Let me know what you think of it! If you know any vegan recipe, I would love to hear it. Love, Spica 💛 IP: Logged |

You can use it as a dip for chips like Tostitos. You can use it as a dressing for salads. You can add it to boiled quinoa to enhance its flavour. These are a few ideas I can think of. IP: Logged |
