Looks like it may cover the taste. I also don't like their texture.

Yeah, me neither. This changes the texture too. Since it's been grated & cooked. Becomes really soft. Melts right into the ricotta.

If I just served you up those sandwiches, you wouldn't notice you were eating beetroot.

Unless of course, you peeled it apart and saw the crimson.

Food disguises... love it.

I only like beets when I put them through my juices. Just drinking "red" feels so healthy. Can't really taste them.

^Yeah.. That reminds me, I like the carrot-beet-apple juice with lemon-ginger for a kick.

Food disguises would be great to sneak healthy food to kids.

Lamb, mutton, chevon.

Ugh the smell alone turns my stomach. I used to share a place with a person who cooked n ate lamb. Every time they cooked, the e smell clinged to the kitchen, table towels, pots for days afterwards. It drove me insane.

And cumins, how could I forget. Simply the one spice that kills my nose.

Celery is the bane of my existence.

I am not a fan of fish, but that doesn't mean I don't like seafood (Sushi is something I really enjoy and I like lobster).

I am not a fan of stews.
