For me,it's anyone who has talent. Of course, hard work goes along with raw natural talent to bring it into fruition. What do you admire?IP: Logged |

I admire people who have integrity, loyalty.. and honesty. But with honesty, it has to come with a mix of tact and sensibility. (too many people think being honest and truthful is a license for being rude, just blasting away callously and carelessly.) Knowing the difference is what I admire. ------------------ "Play it f*ckin' loud!" — Bob Dylan IP: Logged |

And heroes. I know of four families that get togther every year on a certain date. On that date, a hand grenade fell in their midst, and another soldier, whom they didn't know and didn't know them, jumped on the grenade and gave his life so that they could live. He didn't hesitate. He gave his life, so that those four soldiers could have theirs. Every year, their families get together to honor this fallen hero, and they know that their families would have lost them if not for his unselfish act. They send money each year to help support his family. Soldiers, police officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel...I admire them all. Heroes come in many forms. IP: Logged |

what i find myself admiring is liveliness. the kind of people that light up the place with their personalities. but i would say the qualities that i try to emulate the most are honesty, good logic, and a good sense of what's fair or unfair. and beyond all this, an ability for selflessness IP: Logged |

i admire people who just do things when they decide so. = active, energetic, etc. i used be very much like that when i was a child. as i grew older it got repressed, so it's not gone but trapped. i really want to go back to being that way. so i admire people who have the quality i have lost within me.IP: Logged |

I admire all positive traits, like most or all of the ones mentioned above. I really admire discipline, genuineness, happiness, action, intelligence, character of personality and strength of character. Fakeness disgusts me. I admire these traits and they inspire me.IP: Logged |

I admire people with an ability to LOVE. And by love i mean that they are just loving. It comes naturally to them. I am not using the word love as it is mostly used nowadays. Not as attraction, not as desire, nor lust, neither just being emotional but much more....an expression of our Souls if it can be described that way. I hope i am being clear. IP: Logged |

I love what you said there. I admire people who think for themselves & have their own opinions; not based on what they heard or read, or what/who is 'popular.' Also, that they don't try to shove their opinions down my throat. Me no likey that. ------------------ "Through the wind and the rain, she stands hard as a stone." — Martina McBride IP: Logged |
