K...this is coming out awkward. I don't like to fight with anyone. Especially women....women who I've never even met before. It's weird and unnecessary.

I don't like it. I don't want it. We dont' have to be friends, but ......just know that I don't hate you or ever want to fight with you.

Okay? Please?

Take care doll.

We can or at least try. I'll appreciate it if you could ignore him since it's the main reason for our catish outlashes. You are allowed to have an opinion and no, you don't have to agree with everything he says - it's just when you start going at him with personal insults, it affects me.
Wanting to defend a person we care and love is a natural response. I'm sure you can relate and understand.

And stop referring to yourself as some ancient old woman, jeez. Being in your 30's isn't old!

I think generally people get to a point in their lives when they had enough of any type of BS. To me all comes with emotional growth and not do with age, but life experiences. I say this because we have at least two teens here who are very mature for their age so I hope you understand what I mean.

We see different sides of our personalities here. You're generally playful but I also know that you can be quite serious too, somethingexcellent.

Thing is, 99% of the time i do ignore and usually only respond if spoken directly to, provoked or have to stick up for myself and even sometimes then, I don't respond. I have gotten the same kind of treatment at times and will defend myself when need be. I started the ignoring and thankfully, eventually he followed suit. I will continue to ignore as it's not hard for me to do.

I understand wanting to defend someone you love, just as i'm sure you understand wanting to defend yourself. Thankfully we are all passed that now and I think have been for awhile.

I don't like all the blame heaped on me as it is not fair.

If someone takes a jab at me, I can't say I won't ignore it, but as I often have, maybe I will. Depends on what's going on with me at the time and if my capacity to deal with crap is low or not. I don't see that happening though.

Well, I have few health problems going on that make me feel a lot older than I am. That's where that comes from. Not to mention my rising sign is usually born an old person as they say.

Yes, I understand what you are saying. I also don't deal with immature people too well. I know some people mix up my silliness for immaturity, but that is one of the last things that I am. In the past I have stooped to immature people's levels here.

Yes, just as there are mature teens here, there are a few immature people in their 40's or older. Of course no one is one or the other all of the time.

Glad we've come to an understanding and you know now I don't have anything against you.

Let's let sleeping dogs lie and move forward from here. We can go back and forth about why we react the way we do all day.

As for mixing up silliness for immaturity.. I agree. You can spot a distinct difference between the two though (depending on whether the individual doing the observing is a permanent serious prune face or not).

Oh, yes, you're a cappy rising. You may feel old from the inside but you'll look younger from the outside! Health issues tend to make us feel "broken" so now it makes sense. I always wondered why on earth you kept making those your- so- old statements.

Yes & thank you. At some point we have to chalk certain things up to just not understanding certain people, or being very different at our cores (or communications over the internet). Our reactions come from so many different places too. I only feel like a few people here truly 'get me'. Same as in life.

Thanks for being the bigger person and being nice to me. I appreciate it.

Omg! Lexx is another one who likes to remind us of how ancient she is too.
I don't think of you as "old" Lexxy. I do look up to you as a wise individual; always have.

Actually, in our culture elders are addressed as Aunty or Uncle as a sign of respect. Lol!

I feel ancient, a lot of the time. I guess it's partially a state of mind, and partially other things.

I want to take a nap, but I can't fall asleep - and I wish I could go the ibuprofen route in the way that others do: I only have liquid children's tylenol. I need liquid medicine, and we didn't get my extra-strenth when we were supposed to. Hopefully this weekend. I've been taking this children's stuff because my back already hurts.
