You are a stinker

I have a soft spot in my heart for T.

I have known for her 10 yrs , her joys and her sorrows. When she isn`t being naughty, she is a fun, happy, spiritual soul.

I do indeed love T.

Now behave your self

T. Thank you being the only person who is unsure that I will pass something along. When asked, I will do so.

The arguments still make me sad - very sad. And I'm still annoyed that one thing was twisted. But people are hurt, I get that. So am I.

I have no idea what's growing in my garden, except for the one zucchini plant, peppers (struggling), kale, cucumbers (struggling) and tomatoes. They look like pumpkin plants, and one looks like a combination of pumpkin and squash. I have a baby frog living on one of them. It's another rainy day. Feels more like Autumn than Summer.

A social lesson I have never forgot.

That is one reason I get so hurt when people assume that I'm doing something in that way, when I'm not. I was the "have not," always the new girl. And I dropped out of school, suicidal, and gave up on people for a long while - at least, kids my age. I'm still "that girl" even though I'm a lot older. I wouldn't participate in something like that.

Please re-read what I wrote while thinking that I was in no way thinking along those lines when I wrote it.

Maybe I should have worded it differently. I can see how you would reach that conclusion, but that is not what I meant. I did not doubt that you'd relay the message back and figured you already did.

I can't keep up with what's going on, or make sense of it when I read bits of it. I think you wrote that someone was saying you are a liar. You arent. I've had the same said about me, as someone was trying to do some damage control and get as many people as possible to believe untruths first. Apparently a lot worse has been said too.

Thing is, I'm not hurt. I mostly stopped giving a poop about that a long time ago.

I am sorry you are hurt and annoyed at how things got twisted. I can understand why you would be.

T!! what happened to that clay project i found you asking about when i first joined here? Did you get around to doing anything?

Hmm if this is a little 'vent' break in this thread, then no one in particular, but i 'love' all these generalizing threads in the astrology section. Of course i am biased so 'love' the one's singling out virgos...also gets better when i go to the personal reading section, and find out some people being asked by user name if they could read for so and so....this is funny coz half the time those ppl asked for doing a favour of a reading are Virgos and those who want the reading are the one's who "don't like anytihng" or claim there is "nothing good" about that star sign. So i read. I read again when the asker is notified about the time of birth of the reader. I smirk. And i move on.

no one told any of these people that when one finger is pointing at others, 4(well technically 3) are pointing at the self...i don't know projecting or something.

you'd think that by now they figured the dominant and exalted planets not the sign is the most important! (My Uranus is exalted in my chart, which explains why everyone upon meeting me, decides i must be a water carrier....and i mean with all none modesty, i do come with a 'cornucopia' of goods, but no i'm born under the sign of the virgin to, so...BOO!did i scare some?...or in case someone still wants to think of me as an air sign then...umm...."SURPRISE!!" I don't know but i've also never been one to back down when i see a group 'ganging on' on someone and singling them out to pick on for any reason....whether star sign, race, religion or anything...so naturally not too happy when it gets even more ridiculous, to something like the month of birth!! *tap on shoulder...whispter "what...what is that...okay fine* ahem i guess i'll get off my soap box now.

i guess i shall be watching out who i do readings for from now on! j/k...i don't really care lol.

Now Juni!! That Plum recipe!!!i promise to stop being a scatterbrain and find it in a while. OOH if you like desserts, did you ever try a Plum Clafouti?? sounds like i good use for it, but i'll have to go into my cookbooks for that, as i rarely eat it, coz i just don't like sugar for some reason...

teasel, i don't know u but hello anyway

LOL lucky you for the painting, i do it (or drawing) like once a year, as i don't have the patience for it...but i do write a lot and just put the finishing touches on another series of short stories i wrote for myself...don't think anyone would get my blurring the lines by what is fantasy and what is dark fantasy, but i do like the 'spirit' of what i wrote this time if i do say so myself hahaha

i can write longer, nothing beats the gasp one of my friends had when i wrote something that was 300 or so pages long (don't know around 90,000 on the word document) then threw it in the bin, coz i thought it was rubbish (i guess i do have some 'perfectionist') tendencies after all....

Now Juni i promise i didn't 4get about the plum recipes(BTW do you drink, i have one recipe, for a nice plum liquor that just in shots will keep you super warm next winter!)

Much luv to both of you!

Plum liquor. Sounds wonderful I make grape wine but never made a liquor

Faith gave me a plum torte recipe but that only used 5 plums; there`s about 3 bushels left

LOL okay here is what you do...send me one bushel, now for the others....and it is good that you have experience doing wine (if you have the right 'equipment' for it, then i can tell u how to do plum one to)...

for a Plum Liquer:

2 Pounds (and 2 ounces if you want)of plums, with stones removed.

And equal amount of white sugar, but if the Plums are too sweet then 1 pound not 2 pounds of sugar.

Next, add either 17 fl oz of Vodka, or Fruit brandy if you have that, if you do manage to get anything like the French "Eau de Vie" that would be even greater

Also add just less than 3.5 Fl.oz of Dark Rum.

Put plums in a big glass jar (like the one used for pickle making, don't know the name but should fit 4 pints or a bit more), add sugar, then add the Fruit Brandy or Vodka, then add the rum.
Seal the jar well, and keep it in a very very dark place for at least two months, just shake the jar every now and then.

After the two months have passed, open the jar and sieve the liquid, squash the plums as they are in the seive so that all the last bit of fruit liquor is out of them...

now patiently filter the liquid (as we want it to look clear and more pure )

When done, you are ready to bottle this magic liquid! put it in nice bottles...and Voila! you're done.....tastes good on its own, or after food, also a great gift!

let me know if you do try it, and which spirits you used.
I know what you mean about hommade wine. I used to hate its taste; the wine, and think it is rubbing alcohol mixed with water and colour dye.
Then i was lucky to try an Argentine homemade Malbec, and WOW, and then again a homemade New Zealand Pinot Noir that was 'fruity, berry like and different' ...so like meat always go for a wine from someone u know and trust and u won't regret it...

BTW am not an alcoholic (even my aspects warn to proceed with caution when such is involved) so have no idea why i know this...but i have tried it and it tastes good

I`m not an alcoholic either. But, I love messing in the kitchen and home made wine and Kahlua is so easy and makes great gifts.

I am absolutely going to try the plum liquor. My plums are very sweet so I`d better go easy on the sugar.

Moving on to pears. I can them but would love some recipes.

My apples go into pies and applesause for cakes ect. I never make applesauce with cinnamon. I love slightly tart sauce.

Grapes, covered above with wine.

Mulberries all turned into jam and dried.

Lightening hit the peach tree so had a funeral rather than canning this year.

Blackberry & raspberry picking as soon as the thickets dry out. Not my favorite sport but the end results are tongue divine.

LOL Juni, my back is hurting just thinking of all the work that goes into your fruit goodies....going to o treat myself after all the imaginary hard work!

Hmmm pears, i usually just eat as they are, never liked them any other way, but will check around for what can be done with them in bulk.

Did you start the plum liquer yet ? Might be a good idea to order some nice little bottles so you can put it into in 2 months...mmmmm.

Hello to others to

Jellyfishtry, I'd love to be able to write! Alas, I'm a Bull, so that is not my forte. Yes, it gets frustrating, to not be able to find the words or get them across appropriately, but that is our fate. I've thrown many writings away myself.

We'll connect here in the Arts forum again, and/or elsewhere.

Youre a cool girl. I'm afraid of taking over Juni's thread, so i will cut it off here.

Actually, we can`t deactivate . You could e mail Randall and ask him to do it. Usually, he is reluctant to do so & recommendation is to stop posting.

But we shall have none of that now will we??

If you have a bee in your bonnet , a burr in yer butt, or having a bad hair day, we can talk it over We are just truely getting to know you so sit a spell and have happy monday.

Oh, if you want a user name change, Randall is the guy for that. He is the one to allow it. Shoot him an e mail and let him know.

lol your first post today cracked me up!

Jupiter is inflating all kind of emotions this week (whether good or bad) but u got that right, all i want is a name change....was told to just start a new account, but will look weird with this one still 'activated' lol.

Now the dilemma, how would i let ppl know that the other person is me, without letting the ppl i don't want to know, know (they are not people posting here last time i checked, but u never know with some ppl, so better to be safe...now solve this conundrum )

Not people posting on the board, or this thread?

Maybe you could temporarily put JFT in your signature? that way, search engines wouldn't pick up your whole name (this one), and people here would know that it was you.

Good idea teasel.

Yip it goes to 2-3 years back, was using this name for emailing pming whatever...and to cut a very long story short (not bcoz of the ppl i was contacting, but bcoz of those reading our exchanges back then) ...not a good idea to keep posting with this name here. Specially with my usually boring bored 'nothing ever happens here' computer suddenly acting up since a few days!

Very good idea with the initials of this username as a signature!
Thank you
