Just came from upstairs!

I wanted to make the Baked BBQ Baby Back Ribs with Bourbon from Southern Living on Saturday, but I have just watched a super delicious video of how to make your own bacon and I'm going to do it. Aren't ribs and bacon too much?

Wouldn't it be better if I made the Beefy Baked Ravioli with Spinach and Cheese instead of the ribs?

I didn't enter LL yesterday. Otherwise I would have searched Southern Living for another easy one.

I made a roast chicken last night, although I could have left it until tomorrow - I was afraid it would start to go off, since it was supposed to be dinner last weekend. I need to get my sleep schedule around the right way, but now there are potatoes to go with it, and I have broth for soup, and gravy. I want to make dumplings to go in the soup, too.

I made a type of ratatouille/spaghetti sauce on Monday, with vegetables from the garden, and pasta, in the instant pot.

A glorious meal has several courses. First, the appetizer. It has to be slow-cooking.

Something like porcini and shallot mushroom tarts.
