Just take it slowly, astrology is like learning a new language. It's a journey with no end, so enjoy the process and the journey.

When I look at my 1st house, I see that Venus and Mars ( both Virgo ) are located in it. What would that mean? Would I have to look at how Virgo affects my physical health?

ALL depends if Virgo is your rising sign?

Jupiter is exalted in 4th

jupiter is not exalted in 4th, it's just given some accidental dignity. Jupiter in cancer is exalted.

Nodes to NOT carry any exalation OR dignity inanyevent..
