lalalinda Moderator Posts: 2151 From: nevada Registered: Apr 2009	posted October 21, 2004 07:47 AM There are 12 signs in the Zodiac that correspond to the 12 houses in a chart they are: 1st House ~ Natural house of Aries this shows your outlook on life and the physical body. The Sun is exalted here and Mars is at home. 2nd House ~ Natural house of Taures, here we're concerned with possesions and earned income. This house shows what value you place on yourself. Here the Moon is exalted and Venus is home. 3rd House ~ Natural house of Gemini, this is the house of siblings, neighbors, short journeys, communication (letters, phone calls e-mails etc.)and your primary education. Mercury is home here. 4th house ~ Natural house of Cancer. Here we find the home, mother, real estate and the conditions at the end of life. Here Jupiter is exalted and the Moon is Home. 5th house ~ Natural house of Leo. Here we find love affairs (not marriage) children, talent, hobbies and speculation (gambling, are you lucky?) Pluto is exalted and the Sun is home. 6th house ~ Natural house of Virgo. This is the house of health, employment (not career) small pets and employees. Mercury is home. 7th house ~ Natural house of Libra. Here we find business partners, marriage partners, open enemys and contracts. Venus is home. 8th house ~ Natural house of Scorpio. This house signifies Sex, inheritance, wills, death, occult subjects, insurance and your partners assets or money. Pluto is home Mars co-rules and Uranus is exalted. 9th house ~ Natural house of Sagitarius. Here we find long distance travel, religion, philosphy, college, judges and courthouses. Jupiter is home and the south node is exalted. 10th house ~ Natural house of Capricorn. Here we find the father, your career, reputation, and prestige. Mars is exalted and Saturn is home. 11th House ~ Natural house of Aquarius. This is the house of friends, clubs, organizations and aspirations. Uranus is home here and Saturn co-rules. 12th house ~ Natural house of Pisces. This is the house of secret enemies, institutions, the subconscience, solitary pursuits, inspiraton and dream and sleep patterns. Neptune is home, Jupiter is co-ruled and Venus is exalted. Now that we have that out of the way how many natal planets do you have that are in its home or exalted house? I'll start I have a 3rd house Mercury 8th house Uranus and 12th house Jupiter. virgotaurustaurus unregistered	posted October 30, 2004 09:45 PM I have a 5th house Sun and a 6th house Mercury. I can't say I understand exalted planets :-/ and the co-ruling of houses is a new thing to me. IP: Logged

lalalinda Moderator Posts: 2151 From: nevada Registered: Apr 2009	posted October 31, 2004 04:40 PM When a planet is at home or exalted it works well with the energy or ways of the planet, it reacts productively in this area (what house) of your life. These planet placements shows the areas in your life that are taken care of naturally and effortlessly. Easy aspects are trines and sextile, these are lucky little areas, example: Mercury trine Jupiter, learning would be easy, picking things up, would come naturally. You would be interested in many things. Jupiter expands whatever it touches and in this instance its Mercury which is your thought process. Hard aspects would primarily be a square and opposition. (90 and 180 degrees) There are 3 more but they are classified as minor aspects at 45, 135, and 150 degrees. We'll discuss this in depth later. These are problem areas. With the square a compromise is needed, with an opposition its one or the other, no compromise. Hard aspects shows areas you work at, the need for improvement. Its these area where we grow the most. The conjunction works both ways depending on the planets. VTT Your Sun is alive, your person is vibrant and people look to you for answers. VTT and Astromis11 you both have Mercury in the 6th, Organizing and simplifying tasks come naturally to you. Great logic Astromis 11 Mars in the 8th house is all powerful. You defend your self well (not fist-fighting) and your morals guide you These are little pluses in the natal, a strong point can help to offset a week or debilitated planet. IP: Logged

I have a question......Saturn conjuncts my sun,venus and mercury in the sixth house...I'm having a lot of trouble in my relationships......could you plz tell me why......I'm a leo with a libra moon and a pisces ascendant. This is a question I have posted on other topics here and I haven't got the answer...Plz help!!!.........I hope this query isn't inappropriate....if it is plz don't kick me out!!!......What would my parents say?? ------------------ On a clear day you can see forever...... Always sympathetic and helpful it places itself in a position for frequent let downs, I'd have to see the whole chart. Why don't you post your stats. IP: Logged

SUN-LEO 6TH HOUSE DIRECT MOON-LIBRA 8TH HOUSE DIRECT MERCURY-LEO 6TH HOUSE DIRECT VENUS-LEO 6TH HOUSE DIRECT MARS-VIRGO 7TH HOUSE DIRECT JUPITER-TAURUS 3RD HOUSE DIRECT SATURN-LEO 6TH HOUSE DIRECT URANUS-SCORPIO-8TH HOUSE DIRECT NEPTUNE-SAGI-10TH HOUSE RETROGADE PLUTO-LIBRA-7/8TH HOUSE DIRECT pluto is technically at the end of the seventh house and is interpreted in house eight[9 degrees26'47] TRUE NODE-SCORPIO 8TH HOUSE RETROGADE[7 DEGREES 48'12] This sounds really depressing.....any hope??? ------------------ On a clear day you can see forever...... I don't know if I'm understanding your question correctly. Is it hopeless? Is that the question? No its not hopeless, you've got the ruler of your Asc. in the 10th house of honors. That and the Sun/Saturn aspect show that you'll fulfill your potential. You have the makings of a good Astrologer, with your 8th house Uranus, Pisces Asc. and 10th house Neptune. IP: Logged

lalalinda Moderator Posts: 2151 From: nevada Registered: Apr 2009	posted November 02, 2004 06:53 AM Valhalla, Your chart is a contridiction, the Saturn/Venus aspect has trust issues, yet the Pisces asc. gives everybody a chance. Does that make sense? You shouldn't be having to much difficulty in relationships right now with Jupiter transiting your seventh house, this is going to expand this area for you, with Jupiter transiting Libra and your Moon in Libra you're pretty sought after right now.(even if its not with partners you want) the opportunity is there. The thing to watch for is that you don't ruin something that you treasure, through meaningless encounters. IP: Logged

Your Asc. being Water your world revolves around what you feel, and how close to perfect you can make it. Your Libra Moon (your emotions) likes to communicate thoughts and ideas which may be why you gravitate towards air signs. IP: Logged

Uranus in the 8th house terrific, theres a lot of 8th house Uranus people here, including me. I can't even begin to explain just how strong this placement is and how natural and easy it is to understand astrology (any metaphysics for that matter) This placement is like a sponge soaking up astro info. Thanks for doing this for all of us, you seem to be a really generous person I'm still waiting for my birth certificate to verify the time I was born but here's my mother's.... she has 7th house in Venus and midheaven in Saturn ......also is the asc node the same as the south node?
