Unbelievablly spot on, Ami!

I've had many friends, acquaintances and co-workers tell me they had a bit of shock after they got to know me better, because of that serious exterior.

I do struggle A LOT to be more sentimental. It's a blessing and a curse, I feel. On one hand, I'll easily put aside any hard feelings and move on or fess up to any wrong doing on my part (even when the wronged person didn't nor wouldn't notice it). On the other, I'm very self-concious about showing any type of affection and so objective to a point that I'll either confuse or disregard a deeper-than-usual feeling. Sometimes, I feel as if my feelings of love and even friendship are deeper than the ones people feel for me or that I'm too ruthless in my judgements.
