I'm sorry Saggi made the decision to leave. I'm not sure why he/she felt that deleting all their posts was necessary though.

SaggiMC - In case you do come back and click on this.. I am not sure if you saw my previous post in astro 2.0, but I was saying that I do personally appreciate your presence here. Your posts were very valuable to the newbies here and I hope you reconsider.
I only had an issue with the astro 2.0 posts which were restating some of the basic things in this forum, which many people in astro 2.0 had already read. I think you took the criticism you got (from myself and others) to heart... and you forgot about all the compliments. Many people found your threads helpful. I am sorry if I personally contributed to your departure. That was not my intention. If anything I would've liked it if you engaged more in astro 2.0 with your own astrological advice and opinions - as I know you have been into astrology for a long time.. and I would've liked it if you shared your experience with us.

I am very sad to hear that SaggiMC is leaving, I was learning very much from the posts here in basic astrology and from her help onmy chart.

Surely any social politics can be resolved, we all have a common aim here- to learn and teach, no?

All forums have fights though.
Electronic communication is ridiculously volatilein terms of accurately interpreting what a person intends.

May I ask, has she made the decision to leave, or been asked to?

And I've been thinking about this for a while, but why not have a conflict resolution forum?
I've seen it benefit many a forum/site.
Threads can be automatically moved there for resoultion and moderation.

I learned so much from SaggiMC with all of the links and knowledge provided and how s/he would get mad at everybody if they weren't doing their astrology right. It was cute how dedicated she really was to it all.....

I for one appreciated the posts and was offended myself at some of the negative comments others posted. Saggi was very helpful to me and I appreciated it. The world is full of people who just have too much ego themselves and love to post negative comments to bring others down, even when they are doing nothing but good.

Maybe another section needs to be opened up where only certain people can add posts, but everyone can read... because I know lots of people have the experience and knowledge here to offer and they do want to share, but they don't deserve to be brought down by those who 'think' they know more but actually don't seem to know as much... I saw that happen to Saggi in a few threads.

It would be nice to have a pure education area anyway... with just random topics that are relevant to what is going on in the universe at the moment anyway... where only the proven can post, but none of us newbies can add comments, whether positive or negative.

But he/she (I think it was a he, actually) - did do good... just not - "nothing but" good.

There are rules here - as there are rules everywhere.. and being patronizing towards the Webmaster of a website as well as other knowflakes is never a good idea. If Saggi wanted to do something - he/she just did it.
If Randall explicitly asked Saggi not to - Saggi continued.

There are different levels of banning. She was initially suspended, because I thought she might come back someday (which stops posting, but I wasn't aware she could edit). But now that her true colors showed, I have deleted her and also blocked her IP.
