If it conjuncts Saturn, you and your so-called 'partner' will break-up. He wasn't meant to be with you. You'll feel the characteristics of Gemini. That's also how others will perceive you.

Looking at the chart there is no aspect between the Moon in Gemini and Saturn in Scorpio. The box is empty.

If there are good aspects, you will find emotional fulfillment in exchanging ideas, thoughts, opinions with the ones you associate with on a daily basis. You'll feel best chatting about and explaining in a funny way various things.
