I do believe I'm either a very late Libra ascendant or a super-early Scorpio ascendant, but sometimes, I think I go back/forth between the two. Lately, I'd say more the Libra than the Scorpio because I'm being less bad-a@@ and more wishy washy (like a Libra, no offense meant) and I'm annoyed with that aspect of myself.

Just a feeling. I am a Libra ASC, so know that well. Just an inkling with the small interaction I have had with you on here. You are more direct and forthright in asking for things than a Libra ASC who is kind of gingerly about it.

Now, let's take a look at Pluto, other ruler of Scorpio. It's in barely in Libra, and in house number 11 looks like, which Libra is cusping. That would give you a strong Libra influence since it corules the chart with Mars.

Firstly, examine the themes of your life; has there been a death of a loved one/relative early in your life that impacted family dynamics greatly?some mortality issues at your birth? legacies within the family or external? family secrets? religious or spiritual matters;having to not accept things at face value in life? interest in investments made by people? healing and abuse of a sexual nature? restoration and regeneration(or a recurring role in both) etc.

It could also be because neither Mars nor Pluto are in Scorpio but Venus ruled signs Taurus and Libra respectively. This makes you "feel" less like a Scorpion.

Pluto squaring Jupiter could indicate strong intuition but the square there means that Jupiter in Capricorn is the "doubting Thomas"; causing Pluto in "did I look at all the information?" Libra to second-guess itself.

Moon-Neptune conjunction is self doubt or alludes to some uncertainty with regards to the mother; perhaps not trusting her completely or not being sure that what she is saying is true.

It could also be idolization or thinking the world of her; that she can do no wrong(Neptune aspect is outright worship/rejection or betrayal)

Look at it this way, if Libra is Ascending, relationships are likely to be a recurring theme in your life i.e having a boyfriend, having a partner who reflects you, having friends, fitting in with a group, enjoying the social scene, talking about relationships, romance and sharing, marriage and agreements, partnership and teamwork, fairness and equality etc.

Look also at the moon(using the whole house system)

If Libra is ascending, then the Moon is in 3rd house-making you retless, talkative, changeable and very able to express yourself well with words.

With moon there,you could "mother" your siblings in a very "motivational" kinda way(Sag Moon) or write in an "emotive" style .

Sag in 3rd house could also indicate living in a neighbourhood with lots of differing cultural backgrounds. Your neighbours could be from another country or dealing in some sort of exotic/export business.

If Scorpio is Ascending, then the Moon would be in the 2nd house(again whole house system), this would increase your interest in money matters and all that is related to making you comfortable, secure and self-sufficient.

Moon in 2nd gives you intuition and a conservative approach to investment and finding a job with a stable income.

With Sagittarius there, you may take more risks and ganmBles with money and finacial affairs and be very generous with money(should you have it).

2nd house in Sagittarius could also indicate money earned through travel or long distance travel. It could also mean an interest in studying financialy related subjects like finance, Economics, investment etc.

At its crude level, it could mean that you value/enjoy exotic meals(Moon in 2nd in Sagittarius)
