In my synastry, it's like this:

his Sun conj. my far Sun/Moon MP (orb 1°35),
his Moon square my far Sun/Moon MP (1°12)
my Sun conj. his far Sun/Moon MP (1°05)
my Moon sq. his far Sun/Moon MP (1°44).

Composite Sun and Moon are opposed (0°30)
Davison Sun and Moon are opposed (2°32)
Draco Suns are opposed (1°56)
Draco Moons are conjunct (2°13)
his Draco Moon is square my Draco Sun (1°34)
my Draco Moon is square his Draco Sun (2°35).
Draco Composite Sun and Moon are conjunct (0°31).

This alignment results from both of us having a near-exact Sun-Moon Square in mirrored phases natally, with each Sun located very near the other's far Sun-Moon-MP, thus sesquisquare both the other's Sun and Moon, both ways, and the Moons at halfsquare distance from each other; plus, the True Nodes also at half-square distance from each other, which shifts the structure into the Draco Sun-Sun opposition and Moon-Moon conjunction. The Davison Sun-Moon opposition, which falls on nearly the same degrees as the Composite opposition, is unrelated to these factors however.
