well sorry to say that but his birthtime is not known, so no 11th house.

Though he has that smooth handsome face, I wouldn`t be surprised if his ASC was in Libra.

Cas is Misha Collins, though he said that he was not actually Cas. lol

He`s kinda cute and funny and as Cappy said, disarming. Which is totally true. Best word to describe him I think.
