Not really. Psyche has a powerful myth behind her, one of the best in the whole pantheon. There are at least 4 obvious connections to IC:
the journey into the underworld (subconscious) to find oneself
finding true love (within oneself first) (IC = heart + Psyche myth)
psychological connotations
psychic/extrasensory connotations
essentially, the powerful myth of finding one's true home in one's heart or through one's heart

Psyche is not equal to the IC. Any planet/asteroid on the IC is a catalyst for IC, which is more of a receptive point, and Psyche here triggers all of the above. It's a very distinctive conjunction, despite the fact that IC is the right place for Psyche to be.

Psyche is a major initiation/journey asteroid, so her presence here shows there will be an initiatic journey related to finding oneself, one's true home and love.

Oh btw the DRaco Node is always on 00 Aries. Which is why every planet that is conjunct the NN natally will be around 00 Aries in the Draco-chart.

Possibly a past life resemblance, in the very least a vibe of familiarity when it comes to romantic things (or whatever Venus indicates in your chart).
The familiarity is possibly most strongly felt by you, as you could translate oppositions to your draconic Venus as having a conjunction to your South Nodian Venus. (Venus as seen in the context of the South Node.)

Very significant. You can both pull each other forwards. However probably this needs some natal tropical planet in relation to that to be activated strongly.

Anyway, yes I think guy no 1 is more attracted to you than you to him, or experiences it as more meaningaful in terms of his lifepath.

With guy no 2, there seems a very romantic, sexual vibe between you two. I can`t say who is more attracted though.

Almost feels like in some way I am hurting him.
Well his Sun-Lilith opposite my Draco Chiron, there seems to be a past programm running in the background.

Well he is nothing but extra attentive and nice towards me and we get along well, though he might like me a little more than he should, it`s a distinct possibility. He just is a little TOO attentive sometimes.

Well his Valentine-Lust-Pluto-conjunction from 6-7 Libra falls onto my Pluto-MC and squares my venus, might figure into this.
(which of course means his Draco Valentine-Lust is also conjunct my natal Venus. *sighs* ).

But it really is just some of these little things that do not mean something. Well I never really was interested in him romantically in any way, and he is happily married now.
I still sometimes feel like on a pedestal or as if there is an invisible red carpet when he is around.

Itīs like how I am in an instinctive emotional way makes her aware of the potential she has inside, and the other way round.

I admire her assertiveness and that energetic vibe and just being able to initiate things and just do something - and for some reason she always saw these things in me, too, but before knowing her I was hardly aware that in fact I DO have that energy and spontaneouty inside me, and she helps me bringing it out and also understand that about myself better.
