As you start, please add say 10 posts (or however many you need according to your headings) as place holders. Just write the words "place holder' in each. So these can only be written into by you. This would keep the start of the thread for the main reference information.

Could you please look at some of the threads I've put together and the conventions used - capitals, or bold fonts, for headings and sub-headings. These do support easy navigation.

Once it is ready, ask Randall via email to move the thread to the Ref Library.

Randal will copy the thread there which from that point on only you can add to, if he registers you as a contributor. However, the copy here can stay open and continue to grow. We can ask Randall to keep it unlocked.

As an alternative, you could start the thread here and have it moved, say after one post, so that you can continue to work on in the Ref Library at your leisure. Your choice .
