They are quinkunx or almost quinkunx.

his SIVA quinkunx my PARVATI 0°45
his ISIS quinkunx my OSIRIS 1°38

his PSYCHE is technically too wide for a quinkunx to my EROS, but still rather near: 4°14

The quinkunx is a significant aspect in his chart per se I think, as he has a NN of 1° Virgo, which is an angular difference (to the AP) of 151° - so his nodal axis reflects the quinkunx.
It also means that every quinkunx in his natal will result in a conjunction between Draconic and natal chart. (at least if in the same phasal aspect, waxing or waning).

For our Draco-natal synastry it means

his Draco SIVA conjunct my natal PARVATI
(2°07)

However it has another meaning in the terms of our first meeting.
Like I said quinkunxes between natal pairings.
We met when we were around 30 (well him 28, me 33) - and that is what happens in the solar arcs:

- since our Psyche are conjunct, it means I was having the opposition in my individual chart a bit prior to this. At the time of meeting my sa EROS opposite my natal PSYCHE was exactly one degree.

It is like the natal was the preparation, somehow making me ready for meet someone, and then when it was time, he crossed my path. lol

his sa SIVA was on 26.52 Aquarius

It was not yet in orb, but I still find it remarkable, that it was slowly applying to an opposition with my natal PARVATI on 28.39 Leo

As a matter of fact this opposition was VERY close to peaking when I "resurfaced" in his life 2 years later. (0°0f a)

After that it would eventually go on to touch off his OWN PARVATI a few years later.

So he was having sa SIVA = n PARVATI (conjunction) in 2011.
Interestingly, on 24th september 2011 it was just separating by 0°14.
This date seemed important, cause he picked it to approach me during a show and tease me a little.

(at that time the sa composite Sun had also been precisely conjunct composite ASC - 0°00 orb. lol)

I find it interesting that I had the natal solar arc of EROS to natal PSYCHE first, and then when I met him there was this EROS-PSYCHE-solar arc in the synastry.

And for him it was the other way round. He first met me under a developing SIVA-PARVATI-synastric aspect, and only after that was applying to his own solar arc picture of Siva-Parvati.

opposing my natal OSIRIS on 7.50 Capricorn and my natal ISIS on 8.32 Capricorn

As I told you, we actually saw each other a few months before, though we did not technically meet and talked.
At that time his sa ISIS was on 8°09 Cancer, only 2 minutes before my natal ISIS/OSIRIS-mp.

So as it seems we were having three asteroid pairings building up in solar arc (EROS-PSYCHE, SIVA-PARVATI, ISIS-OSIRIS), based on natal quinkunxes or almost-quinkunnxes in the case of Eros and Psyche, and since we met at around 30 years old, those quinkunxes built up to oppositions.

I uranify his DESC specifically. opposing his natal Vesta btw; his sa ASC is slowly applying to conjunct his n Vesta on 2.59 Taurus.

Now it ALSO means he doesn`t only bring his sa DESC to my Uranus, but also to my n 11th house cusp, and of course his sa ASC to my 5th house cusp, where it is actually triggering off my Moon/Saturn-mp (ruler of 2nd and 8th house).

Of course it also means that he thouroughly solarizes my Uranus and brings it centre stage through his sa DESC. He still probably experiences me in an Uranian way (after all it is his DESC). But it also triggers that Uranian side of me.

Well he rules 3rd house of communications and is being found on the 11th house cusp. So actually for both of us the 11th house concerns have come to the foreground.

I also find it interesting that about 2 years ago we had sa Venus opposite Saturn, but now it is 2°03 separating - a blockage fading away?
Actually that means our sa Pluto was squaring Saturn in 7th house - and that is said to be one of the toughest aspects at all. (I hope it is not THTA bad though, as I am going to have that in transits in 2016/ 2017 lol).

Actually it was in full play in 2012, especially the sa Venus opposing Saturn during the time paranoia got a hold of me, and I decided to totally disappear from his life, which I did for about 9 months.

Interestingly I sort of reappeared when sa Venus was almost exactly opposing composite Saturn (one minute separating); while he certainly noticed me on that occasion and seemed pleased to see me (though surprised), the months after that the sort-of-interaction got even weirder than ever before.
I had never seen his eyes that "veiled" before, and never had felt as if he was "deliberately blocking me out".

I thought I was just being paranoid, but maybe it was exactly what it was. He didn`t know what to do with me, got fed up with my evasiveness and popping-in-and-out (sort of), my acts of disappearance and avoidance, and just pretended I did not exist. lol
Which he usually did while standing so close that he almost was brushing me.
Or ignoring me, while at the same time watching me. It was a VERY weird and strained period. lol

I think the peak of it was somewhen last year, high tension, or was it just me feeling that?
Was it really a coincidence, all these occurrences, I now remember?

Anyway on the last concert I recall that "strange vibe" between us, sa Venus had already been one degree off composite Saturn,
and sa Pluto by then was separating from the square by 17 minutes.

Actually - and that astrological "coincidence" gives me goosebumps - the square of sa Pluto to c-Saturn was exact (0.00 orb) the day he got in another relationship!

What are the chances of that happening?
I mean that total break down and the astrological symbol not just fitting but being PRECISE

so it seems our composite does not like to have the Venus-Pluto-square arcing into a 4th harmonic pattern with the 12th house ruler Saturn in Leo in 7th house (oh and of course Saturn also rules the 1st house traditionally).

Last november, when I decided to exchange a few insignificant words with him (but it helped to break the complete silence and weirdness), sa Pluto had been separating from that square to Saturn by 31 minutes of arc. one minute out of the orb they say is valid for separating aspects. LOL

Maybe they are right.

After that things have felt a lot easier and more open.

But it is curious tosee it that exactly reflected in the composite.

You trace the progressed Moon when it is going to trigger off (4th harmonic!) any of your planets. It does not HAVE to be a planet that is part of the solar arc picture, though if it is. MAJOR.

Also major if it activates the luminaries or angles of course. I would add Venus for the romance factor (and we could add the spicy little erotic rocks in space - yes i mean asteroids; however without the angle/luminary action, it would be a nice flirt, but nothing totally transforming).

Speaking about transforming, you will find the big guys doing the arcs; Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto;
however do not forget the 7th house ruler and 5th and 8th house ruler though.
Jupiter might be there, too and Mars, but those are more like the happy or dynamic times, that come and go, unless some real big guy is calling the shots to your angles or luminaries at the same time (think of the time-orb! 6 months applying, 6 months separating).

Okay, now, letīs say your pr Moon also has activated something real big in your chart.
It still is valid for about 3 months (1 degree orb for pr Moon, remember?)

NOW you trace the transits.

And no, not the transits of Sun or Venus. FORGET.IT.
Nice days, yes. sweet time, an annoying busdriver. But not the big change.

you want to trace transits of, you know what I am going to say, right?

(Jupiter), Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, (nodal axis), maybe Mars

(Jupiter and Nodal axis is my addition, they are slow moviing enough to be real important).

And then you should have it.

I have to decant my exact aspects from that list, but now I'll follow your advice and look at progressions one more time. I totally agree with the Moon being a trigger, she moves fast, she is cyclic and connected to anything with a strong emotional impact.

As you know, we both had progressed Sun/Moon at the time of the meeting, but not in orb yet. My moon applying to a Sun square (5), he had Moon appl to a conjunction to the Sun, wide from the Sun. But the window was open, they were both applying.

Compared to my natal, I also had my progressed Moon on my ASC, separating (4), but in exact opposition to Cupido and in exact square to my Chiron and applying to a square to Uranus (2), so I guess this square to Uranus is very significant. Uranus rules my 1st (intercepted), Moon rules my DSC. And it was indeed a surprise!!
Compared to his natal, his progressed Moon was applying to his natal Chiron (3) and in exact opp to his Vesta, but no 4th harmonic to planets. Moon separating from Cupido (5). Despite the wide orbs, I find the similarities with Cupido and Chiron interesting.

The others are surprising, well, not surprising, but interesting: Mars/Pluto definitely a Phoenix stuff, when something has to die rather abrubtly, and the antagonism with Venus/Saturn, when you take your time lol a bit of an antagonism between Venus and Mars in you at that time. Unfortunately, it seems Venus/Saturn for both shows this scenario in which two people meet, but then they both retreat, or something raises a wall between them, like the rest of the world, for a while, as if it's not the time yet. Yes, he's the one who approached me and we have been very happy to find each other, to be with each other, to be in contact and discover each other.
