But wait, I have three questions:

1.) Is there a quicker way to find out your Super Duads? How many degrees is each Super Duad?

Like the on the introductory graphic on the article (the one that says "Ecliptic = Aries" in big, bold lettering on the bottom of it), it shows that there are 12 signs for each Duad so it shows that they are the Super Duads, but then it says something later in the article that a Super Duad is 1 1/4 degrees? (that's about 1.15 degrees). That cannot be possible because each Duad is 2.5 degrees each, and in order to get 12 signs in a single Duad, a Super Duad must be a whole lot less than 1 1/4 degrees. I would think that each Duad has 4 Super Duads each, so that all 4 Duads in a Decan would then breakdown to 4 Super Duads in a Duad. Meaning, a Decan contains 4 Duads, and a Duad contains 4 Super Duads. Thus, it will all breakdown equally... but apparently according to the graphic, this is simply not the case. Weird.

2.) What's the difference between a Duad and Dwad? Or are they the same thing, but people call them either or - like how it is with the Ascendant vs. the Rising sign.

I donīt know.
Personally I won`t delve into Super Duads, for two reasons.

1. the first Duad level itself is already a subtle one, and adding more and more, might just end up getting confusing.

2. the risk of errors are too big, as only very few people know their birthtime THAT well. And even a minute or two might make a big difference with Super Duads.

"2.) What's the difference between a Duad and Dwad?"
Well, sometimes they are used interchangeably. However there are two different calculations, and I follow Alice Portman`s terminology.

Dwads: every subsign starts with Aries.
So every time you have a planet on let`s say 15 degree of ANY sign, the Dwad sign will be Libra. It does not make any difference, if the planet is 15 degrees of Pisces, Gemini or Taurus.

Duad: every subsign starts with the sign at its cusp.
So 00 Aries has Duad of Aries
00 Taurus Duad of Taurus etc.

So what she calls "Dwad" in this article I personally woudl actually call "Duad".

I was thinking about this before, but decided to post it here, cause personally I was most interested in the application for synastry, hence interpersonal astrology.

Sun 4 TAU 36' - my IC sign, my Draco ASC sign, trines my Venus

Moon 26 CAP 36' - all that Saturn in my chart lol

Mercury 14 AQU 36' - I can feel the Aqua vibe of my Mercury. conjunct my Lilith opp my Moon.

Venus 16 SCO 12' - definitely. my Virgo Venus on 8th cusp exact, semisextile/parallel Pluto exact. It conjuncts my MC EXACT.

Mars 6 LIB 00' - on Pluto. Yep. Makes my natal Mars/Pluto conjunction (6) exact.

Jupiter 22 CAN 24' - on my DSC

Saturn 22 CAP 24' - on my ASC. Nice interplay for someone with Saturn (ASC ruler) trine Jupiter (NN ruler)

Uranus 10 LEO 12' - on my Moon. I have Moon quintile Uranus in my natal

Neptune 24 AQU 12' - on my Avx

Pluto 12 AQU 48' - on my Lilith opp my Moon

NN 22 SAG 36'

ASC 21 LEO 12' - around my Moon/Vertex mdp, on my Moon/Amor mdp exact. In tune with my Moon.

MC 20 TAU 48' - my current IC lol. Apparently my duads are reflecting my fixed energy very well.

VX 7 GEM 24' - on my Eros

As you can see, a lot of Aqua (and Leo) energy in my duads which I find very interesting because it reflects my interception and there is a certain similarity between the duad energy and the idea of interception.

So checking my Duad positions:

Sun 11 PISCES 24' (dreamy sensitive Sag ^^) on my natal North Node, oppose my natal Moon, square my natal Sun, trine my natal Venus. Does it mean I have a Duad Full Moon align on my Nodal axis?
Moon 1 CAP 36' exact on my natal Saturn (my natal Moon trine Saturn by 8 degrees)
Venus 25 AQUA 24' (my attraction to Aquarian energy) conjunct ex'Duad Venus exact and his Duad Juno 27 AQUA.
Mars 19 GEM 24', funny that, the ex's natal Sun is at 20 SAG, the 'suitor' before him has Sun at 20 GEM.

Ah, okay. So for Dwads, any sign starts with the first Dwad of Aries for 2.5 degrees, than Taurus for the next 2.5 degrees, and so on, right? And Duads are the one I'm familiar with, with the sign starting with it's own Duad like Virgo for example, starting with the Virgo Duad for the first 2.5 degrees, than the Libra Duad for another 2.5 degree, and so on, right?
