I have an exact Pluto/Venus (he is Pluto, I am Venus) and I have been trying to avoid thinking about him because he is not my type...but it seems like he keeps "following" me via advertisements (he's an actor)...

I'm wondering:

1) Does he think of me given our exactness?
2) What other aspects are important in really analyzing the synastry here

*All orbs are rounded**

He's a Taurus, I'm a Scorpio.
His Moon Trines my Sun at 3 orb
Venus trines Venus exact
My Pluto in conjuncts his Sun at 1 orb
His Saturn conjuncts my Venus at 2 orb
His NN trines my Venus at 2 orb
His Vertex is conjoint my AC exact
My AC sextiles his Venus exact

And a LOT LOT more....(just don't know which aspects to post)

Analysis? Thoughts?

Yes, we have hung out several times actually. A mutual friend of his asked that I show him around town.

However, after first meeting him, he got very sexually aggressive with me and I decided to stay away. We decided to hang out one last time before he left town--because a friend wanted to meet him about something...

Same thing happened again--we ended the night in a big fight. There is a lot of intensity that radiates him--and is between us. But I just feel he was always after me sexually (hence Pluto/Venus)...

I'll leave most of what you're asking to the experts here!
But I too have an exact pluto/venus conjunction in synastry.
I'm venus- he's pluto.
It's maddening for me. I feel obsessed, taken over, so drawn to him. It's like nothing I've ever felt for anyone else.
Just when I think it's all in my head- he appears all pluto like wanting to probe into my personal life & throw me for a loop again (saying he does have feelings...) only to be followed by periods of silence again. Then the cycle continues.
It's definitely the most fiery aspect I've ever experienced. Also very painful.

Yes, it's so weird, I had completely not thought about him for a few months...but I KNEW when I met him, that this could be trouble....

He also have a Pluto/Venus nattily...so perhaps he doesn't even notice it...he is Pluto, and hear Venus is the one that gets obsessed....

But he as a Pluto MUST feel something as well right?

What about those other aspects? They are close in orb as well....

Can you share your experiences? Also do you know what else I should be looking at in the chart to see if this would go negatively or positively?

It's a hefty aspect. I've got it myself loosely (but it's a DW, whereas the other is exact). I can tell you that any exact aspect will deeply colour an interaction. The exact aspect we DO have is MARS conjunct PLUTO. While different expression, it's a very intense connexion.

Is there a reason you're avoiding the possibility of a relationship? Though, actors -- I hear you! At least he's not A-list, right? (Don't say who it is -- of course, you already know not to, heh.) Because that's a whole other headache.

In an exact venus/pluto conjunction would it be possible for one party NOT to feel it?
I know venus feels it differently then pluto- but curious how this plays out esp from the pluto side. Or does it depend entirely on the natals?

Yea--he's not a A-lister, no need to worry there..he's on his way up though. For a lot of reasons--but basically he is bad news bears. Drinking/Drugs, sexually aggressive--mean drunk..etc. Not my thing (neither are actors really)...BUT there is some sort of strange pull--even though we are not alike at all!

Can anyone else add their experiences with Pluto/Venus?

I'd especially like to know if I there are other aspects I should be looking for as well...

Your thoughts appreciated!

It's all about the handling of power again, in regards to PLUTO. How PLUTO's going to express its side has entirely to do with ability to effectively manage power.

OK if that's the case, He is Pluto...and has Pluto/Venus in his Natal...so how does he handle power?

i had this, i was venus, he was pluto and it was exact. we were together 3 years. i always *thought* i felt more, but who knows. he had pluto in his 1st house, so he was very pluto-influenced. imo pluto has the power in the sense that venus will pretty much do anything to hold their attention and keep them interested. pluto can toy with affections of venus, i feel. but in the end ime it is venus who generally ups and leaves when the power plays become too much. it is like a force you just can't stop, it's an amazing aspect, but you'd need contact to a moon imo to elevate it to love and not just passion

Well we do have Moon Trine Sun...that count? Or does it need to be with Pluto?

yep. that is nice :-)

HOW TO GET YOUR CHART
1. Go to www.astro.com . You can create a free account or enter your birth data as a guest; however, creating an account will allow you to save your information – great for trying the different charts both for yourself and for others in your life. If you don’t know the exact time of your birth, do your best to find out – it *is* important.
2. Go to “Free Horoscopes” and then to “Extended Chart Selection.”
3. “Natal Chart Wheel” is the default, but you will need to go to “House System” (under “Options” use the drop-down to change to “equal”).
4. Click on “Click here to show the Chart,” then click on the chart which will appear.
5. Right-click and save the chart to your desktop.
HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR CHART
1. Create a free account at www.photobucket.com .
2. Select “Upload Now” which will bring up “Select Photos and Videos.”
3. Navigate to your desktop and select.
4. On right, click “Save and continue to my album.”
5. When you hover the mouse pointer over the chart, you will see that a box appears with a few options. If you need to edit out your name or anything else you don’t feel comfortable sharing on the boards, “edit” is in the top band of options. Select “edit” which opens your chart and provides editing options. Go to the tab “Decorate,” and you will see a number of icons, one of which is an eraser. Erase what you need to, and click “Replace original.”
6. Saving should take you to a new screen where you can see your chart and to the right, a bank of options to “Share this photo.” Click on the IMG code, which will flash and let you know that you’ve copied the link.
7. Go to your thread, open a new post and paste your link.
8. Don’t move or delete your chart from Photobucket, because the link only goes to where the chart was saved!

Doesn't matter. Is it afflicted? Are there some rough squares?

I have Venus at 18Tau47, my father has Pluto at 18Leo47. I know it's not where you guys were heading with this, but abuse is imo a possibility with this one.

There's got to be something else at play because Pluto is a generational planet and can last 30 years in 1 sign which means that there's TONS of people who will have same degrees of Pluto for years.

Someone's Pluto to your personal planet is too vague and not specific about the person's interaction with you. There's got to be involvement with the other person's superior planets... maybe Mars or Saturn.

thia is not completely accurate. pluto is a generational sign, yes, but it will not always make an exact 0 degree aspect with your venus, or any other sign. that is is why her aspect - exact - to his pluto holds significance. she may have the same aspect with someone else in that guy's age group, but it could be to a wider degree. which is why, in syastry, degrees matter a lot, and why, with generational planets you really only look at aspects below 2 degrees, because once you get above that it matters less for generational planets. but 0 degree contacts are always important in synastry, even with an outer planet. not everyone with pluto will make that connection to her

GREAT explanation--thank you!

Here are our exact aspects (rounded):

My Sun Trine his PoF

His Moon semi square my Chiron

My Mercury inconjunct his Venus
My Mercury semisextile his Neptune
My Mercury semisextile his Pluto
My Mercury Square his Vertex
His Mercury sesquiquadrate my PoF
His Mercury conjunct my MC

His Venus Trine my Venus
His Venus Sextile my AC
My Venus Conjunct his Pluto
My Venus inconjunct his Chiron
My Venus Sextile his Vertex

My Mars Quitile his Mars
My Mars bQ his Neptune
His Mars Sequiquadrate my PoF
His Mars conjunct my MC

His Pluto sextile my AC

There are a TON of others in the 1-3orb range, BUT these are in the EXACT range.
I included PoF since mine is conjunct my Moon natal.

Anyone care to expand?

Correct.
In my case it's a less then 1 orb conjunction and we are 12.5 years apart in age.
