Topic: Would scorpio Mars/Venus let other women flirt with them just to see how you react

I like this scorpio guy, he's Scorp Venus, Mars, Uranus plus he has libra Pluto conjunct his libra Moon.
We have not came out as said we like each other. Both of us are very low key and not at all obvious about our feelings or thoughts....but it's obvious we like each other.
Thursday I noticed this girl flirting with him, he kept looking at me like he was worried what I would think. It was obvious he was frustrated by the girl and he got up and walked away from her so she would quit.
He was watching me after that, I guess to see how I would react.
Today, that same girl came up and was trying to flirt with him again. He moved away from her and looked at me, appeared to be a little stressed or worried.
I looked away trying not to react or act like I saw it...then I noticed him letting her come up to him and instead of getting away from her he stayed there, he was watching me as she flirted.
Is he trying to figure out what I'm feeling or is he just playing games?
Am I not giving clear signals? Is this a way scorpio tests to figure out what I'm wanting or is he just a jerk?
I think i make it clear that I like him....I try to but not to obviously.His Sun/Merc conjunct my AC/Pluto, sextile my Neptune
His Moon/Pluto conjunct my Venus opposed my Jupiter, sextile and trine his Neptune
His Mars conjunct my Uranus
His Venus conjunct my NN, sextile my Moon
His Saturn conjunct my Juno, trine my Eros/Valentine/IC

Hi, Gabby.He is watching your reaction to see if you are indeed bothered by the girl flirting with him. If he has any feelings for you, he will not be the first to show them. You have to show him first. This is how Venus in Scorps tend to be. It's a self-protection move. Even if you become enraged and jealous, it's the answer he is looking for. They play games and will put you through trials to test your devotion to them. The men and some women tend to do this. I have even done it on a subtle level. He may just want to make sure he can safely open himself up to you if he is in love with you. P.S. he sounds hot. I love Scorpio Mars men. ^^ IP: Logged |

What should I do to let him know I like him? We talk all the time, but more professionally. We look at each other a lot, I can't help it he's cute!! 
Do I have to come right out and say it or can I just flirt?
What would be the best way to show him I like him?

I think a more direct approach is needed. I have a Scorpio Venus and I have never admitted to anyone I loved them first, ever. It's really unfair, I know. The truth is I am terrified of rejection. It's just how it is. Going out for drinks would be best. You have to be honest with him though. If you skirt around the subject, he'll continue to play games to see how you feel. You don't have to dissect yourself and and bleed in front of him (although he may enjoy it lol), just tell him flat out. Also, I want to add that feeling lust is different and will produce different behavior. If he just wants to fool around, you would have known it already. IP: Logged |

To your addition-
He's always been very sweet to me, very respectful. Never even once made an innuendo or suggestion. I about died of an asthma attack Thursday and he ran and got me his inhaler and then got on to me regarding doing things that are going to kill me. Lol

This is not being done in a seemingly insecure way at all.
Hes been very mature up until letting a girl flirt with him. Which honestly most men wouldn't stop a girl from flirting just because there was another girl around(me) that he might potentially be interested in, unless they were a mature man. Most guys wouldn't take the girls(me) feelings into consideration like that until there was a more serious relationship established.
As of yet his behavior seemed very mature so for him to suddenly change(if you can call it that) I wondered if potentially it was a scorpio test, as scorpios are known for. IP: Logged |

Pretty much. My two brothers, my sister, my dad, and myself all have Venus in Scorpio. When it comes to relationships, we run hot and cold. Relationships are very important to us. None of my siblings have married, including myself. We rather marry for life. You either matter or you don't. To him you matter. Otherwise he would ignore you. And yes, they play games. Even with the people they love. It took my father 25 years to tell me he loved me. And he raised me! It took me even longer to say the same to him. That's the thing, he would not entertain you, waste his time, or go out of his way to help you if he did not have some form of feelings for you. He is around because there is a chance to either have sex or have something real. That's the key word. If there was no chance in hell, he would not bother and you would know where you stand with him. This is just my opinion - but I think Scorpio Venus and Mars feel more comfortable hanging out with people who are not as sexually charged as they are.
The more relaxed and calm you are - the more he will be drawn to you.I have earth Venus and Mars (both in aspect to Neptune) and I tend to attract these people (both male and female) - as friends and lovers. I've never attracted one with *both* Venus and Mars in Scorpio - but I've attracted many with one or the other.
And my grandmother, who I was close to, did have both planets in Scorpio (as well as her Moon). I've heard many stories there! lol What I feel they like about me is that I'm pretty detached and calm on a sexual level. I would never get angry over someone flirting with someone else in front of me for example.
Scorpio tends to be one of the dramatic signs - but they appreciate someone who brings *peace* to their world.. and turns the emotional drama down. So I would ignore any behaviour that seems emotionally dramatic on his part - and treat him more as a friend - get to really know him - ask him personal questions, and show him you *care* about who he is and his life. Get closer first in a completely non-sexual way, so that he feels comfortable around you. If you gain his trust this way, he will never try to make you jealous again.
This kind of behaviour is insecurity-based... and he will probably lose the insecurity if you make him feel safe. The worst response or reaction you can get from him - will be if you come across as sexually interested, but flaky.
And you'll be surprised how many women who fall in this category ^ throw themselves at Scorpio Venus/Mars men.
It happens very often, and most are sick and tired of the unwanted attention. They cannot stand people who are interested in a purely physical way, and could care less about their deeper self. Superficiality bothers them a lot. The symbolic "blonde bimbo" would be the last person this guy would like. Which is not to say that he wouldn't sleep with the bimbo type (although 9 times out of 10 he wouldn't)... but it would never be serious to him. IP: Logged |

This is true... but I would rather deal with an insecure Scorpio-type than an insecure mutable guy - *any* day.
Because with an insecure mutable guy, it's impossible to snap him out of his insecurity.

I have a lot of Pluto aspects but only 2 scorp placements, my scorp Uranus trine Mars and scorp NN, taurus SN in 8th house.
Pluto is on my AC also conjunct my Venus
Pluto opposes Jupiter and exact sextile Neptune
Pluto also sextile my Sun/Merc I seem to be surrounded by scorp ppl! My mom has scorp Moon and Saturn
My dad has conjunct scorp Sun, Moon, Mercury
My youngest son has scorp Mars/Venus conjunct along with an other wise unaspected Mercury conjunct Pluto in 8th house
My daughter has scorp AC with saggy Pluto exact sextile her libra Mars

In my (long) experience with Scorpios: lovers, numerous friends and family members(2 sisters, father, other members) (Sun Moon Venus Mars ASC etc.), and my own Scorpio side, Scorpios "crush" on specific people and they ALWAYS act upon it (men and women, directly and indirectly), but if it's serious, they never do it immediately, they watch you and study you and test you first. But they always always act upon it, you don't have to move a finger with Scorpios, at least in the initial stages, I have never seen a passive Scorpio when it comes to love and passion, men or women. They always like passionate, intense, exclusive, sexual persons and they don't stay in a relationship unless they have this. If they hook up with "colder" persons, it's only for casual sex or friendship. They like passion and intensity once in the relationship, BUT they don't like people who are melting when they see the Scorpio, in the initial stages, who look like they are head over heels over them, this turns them off instantly. Or people who flirt or are into several persons at once. They are attracted to people who exude a "guarded" intensity. Scorpio is a "predator" sign and unconsciously likes to hunt its "prey", to seduce it, also to feel there's a hidden treasure in there, something to explore, something of value. On the other hand, they associate showing your feelings too much in the beginning with superficiality and I agree with Odette here, they don't like superficiality, also when it comes to the fact that they are turned off by people who are casual about sex or relationships. Scorpio will have casual sex, but with a precise knowing it's just for the sex, nothing more, like consumption of an individual for physical pleasure. They don't mix these two categories and you can't pass from one to another, or from friend to passionate lover, ever. I have the libra Venus/Pluto/AC conjunct.
Libra Venus is on my Anti-Vertex, Venus is my chart ruler.
AC/Pluto/Venus oppose aries Jupiter and square cap Eros/Valentine on my cap IC, and your description could have been meant to described me to.
Pluto is 3 conjunct AC
Pluto 8 degree conjunct Venus(chart ruler and 8th house ruler)
Pluto is 1-2 degree square to Eros/Valentine on IC
Pluto is 4 degree opposed to Jupiter
Pluto is 0 degree sextile Neptune
Not sure if these add any Plutonian affect but my Mars is trine scorp Uranus 4 degree and Venus is semi-sextile scorp NN 2.5 degreeYour description is very fitting for me, love is not something I can take in a light hearted way at all!!
It means everything to me, I don't even want to have sex if I'm not in love...you can't even get me turned on without it. Also...the thought of instigating something is terrifying to me! I don't usually do that and don't really want to, so it's good to know if I'm patient I might not have to.

Women strongly Scorpioninc like yourself (or me lol) have our ways of "instigating" without even being aware of it, by being alluring  The other Scorpio will pick this "scent" and soon come after you, you'll see. I agree that he will act on it if he is attracted... but you *do* have to establish an emotional connection between you, if you want this to be serious.
He will not (on his own) make this ^ happen. It takes two to tango, to build a *real* connection. Cancerian women are probably the most attractive for Scorpios.
They come across as motherly/familiar and non-threatening. These relationships always start with the Cancer girl being extra emotionally supportive and showing a lot of affection towards the Scorpio guy. They are often long lasting relationships, because of the mutual love and trust that is built gradually. So imo - it's not about you making a romantic move (asking him to date you), which could be interpreted as purely sexual.
But it *is* about you being affectionate, a true friend, trustworthy - and *there* for him. If you seem disinterested... or childish/girly (rather than womanly), he won't have a reason to make a move.
And if you seem extra Scorpionic yourself (just like he is) - and hyper-sexual... then he will instantly think: "Yay! awesome casual sex.. Here I come!" - but it's unlikely to be serious or last. IP: Logged | |
