He went, and he really likes it there. He's been going every day.
The center marched in the gay pride parade on Sunday.
So he ended up at the gay pride parade. I dint let him go on Saturday, it's more party on sat. Sundays had kid activities etc. so he went on Sunday.

I think you don't realize how much amazing a mum you are! I have the highest opinion of you for your thoughts, love and actions I wish there were more mothers like you. Before you wrote about the parade I only wanted to advise you not to cocoon him to much, that you let him learn how to fight his own battles, he won't have you around all the time, but now I can see that you've already taken that into consideration.

Thank you, you 2. But honestly I didn't really do anything. I just let him go.
I was a little Leary, not cuz of him being gay, but because he's only 13. Lol..

I didn't attend, because he went with the community center, and they shuttled the kids there. They gave the volunteers VIP passes.
He didn't really want to hang with moms! Lol.. So I stayed home, while he went with the group.

But I made him call me every 2 hours.. Lol
Which of course he didn't! Teens! What can I say.

I read your initial post and I think you are right about not letting him stay over at the girls.
I suppose guys can define their sexuality easier and earlier but still...I thought I was lesbian when I was your son's age. And all the sudden at 20, men became a total obsession.
I might be a weird exception but he might experiment some day. It's better to limit his "opportunities" while he's still so young. You don't want trouble with the girls or their parents ;-)
