I agree with you.
Putting it in simple terms, Sun is the "king" and Mars is the "warrior"
Mars has strength and can respect authority from a righteous "leader"
But if Sun isn't righteous and try to step over Mars, he will be crushed.
And that's when Sun, feeling disrespected by his "inferior", which to him is an absurd, acts dirty. One just keeps expecting the other to submit their power, I think. IP: Logged |

It's not that easy. Modern usage aside, the KING isn't some figure head. The King is the ultimate fighter. He is the bravest, strongest, smartest, quickest... This is why he is King, he was a warrior first like Mars is now, but his talents propelled him to Kingship. Think Caesar & Alexander the Great. Like I said earlier, in a fair fight the Sun will pummel Mars, and he knows it. That is why Mars brings a knife to a fist fight. IP: Logged |

Caeser wasn't a king though.
And if anything, by his history, Caesar was more like the Martian type.
Kings are born into lineages of royalty.

I have this aspect with someone, I am Mars, he is Sun. My anti-vertex is also conjunct his Sun. But to me I don't feel any special attraction phyiscally. We have some good aspects like my Moon conjunct his DSC and Juno, his Moon/Venus trine my Pluto.
My Sun/Venus/NN conjunct his Uranus, we didn't feel in love at first sight. He became aloof after we met, and then cut all the contact. But less than one year later, he recontacted me and told me he missed me a lot, but my feeling changed. I checked ourn progressed synastry, looks good too, but I don't love him now.
