Sorry for answering so late. From the very beginning there was a really strong need to have security with each other, and we felt like this was at a normal level at the time but in reality it was very exaggerated. If we weren't completely boxed in together it felt very unsafe. I think the moon rules concepts like this, so this might have been related to our mutual aspect.
Also, both of us would exaggerate things to test the emotional response of the other a LOT. Sometimes we would both get into these roles where we needed "saving" from the other or we would go through these huge emotional scenes, but at the end it's like there was no resolve. Usually tough times like this bring people closer together but I didn't really feel that with him. It's almost like we were doing this whole thing just to let out excess emotional energy created by the relationship.
I did notice how, when I described the relationship in my original post, I went into a lot of detail about our domestic life. So maybe the description on the website isn't as far off as I thought it was, lol.
If I had to summarize, it felt like the Moon issues in our lives were constantly under threat or stress, even if they weren't. The one time in which the security of the relationship really DID come into question, when I started having feelings for someone else, it was like the relationship had no purpose anymore. He wasn't even attracted to me after that. Better yet, he was repulsed by the sight of me and told me several times. I think Osc. Lilith is definitely about extremes in this way, because I also hated him passionately, with no real valid reason even, before we got into a relationship.
Another thing....I don't know, this probably sounds like a reach, but I am female and many people say that gender affects how someone enacts their Lilith. I'm not sure I agree just yet but it did feel afterward like I transferred my Lilith energy over to him via the relationship, for lack of better phrasing. In the beginning I was the "Lilith" of the relationship in regards to my feelings, then we both mutually went into this sort of dark cocoon, and upon emerging he was the "Lilith"-feeling one and I was just normal. Like I said before, I never went back to disliking him, even up until now. It's almost like I released all of that compulsive frustration and irrationality onto him and then I was ready to walk away. Something to think about I guess.
