The Libran theme we see with the 7th cusp NN is obviously reinforced with the stellium in Libra and the IC being there. The challenge is coming through upsetting familial situations perhaps, there is a possibility that somebody who has actually passed away, or an ancestor long gone, or somebody from the deep inner past of this couple of souls is either disrupting or encouraging this relationship--it's hard to tell for me, but this is the sense I'm getting. I don't see Uranus in Cancer in the 12th squaring everything every other day, I'll tell you that. And Chiron in Capricorn to boot reinforces the likelihood that this pair has some sort of ancestral/family issues. Maybe it isn't so dramatic as I'm making it sound, but I think the unusual spiritual nourishment of the father/mother/family complex is going to be somehow very much bringing itself to bear upon the deep inner need and desire of the relationship to be one which is focused on a more personal interaction between two people. There will be a need to provide service of some kind to somebody, very likely, possibly somebody elderly in the hospital, a father or something. But the relationship hinges on whether or not all of this can be done gracefully, and the surprises which are visited on this couple must be well handled.... This chart requests a lot of the people involved.

For me, ultimately, I decided that the relationship I was in with South Node conjunct Ascendant was too much to bear. We didn't get along well enough.

I would need to see your synastry to comment any further. Our synastry was disastrous, with hard Mars-Mercury double whammies and Saturn-Mercury stuff and that Saturn-Ascendant conjunction to boot-- we could BARELY communicate about anything without it turning into a total sh*tstorm, daily. It wasn't worth it. And I can take A LOT (I have a heavy Scorpio/Capricorn emphasis and don't give up easily!).

Overall, it's clear to me that there is an incredible amount of love and attraction between these two people, and that it is a destined relationship. I do not think the South Node/Ascendant conjunction precludes the likelihood of its being a "successful" relationship, especially given that the natural orientation of the couple is towards Libra anyhow, and very strongly so. I don't think it's unnatural at all that we should find the North Node conjunct the descendant, for this reason especially. This is a very cohesive chart with some very compelling aspects, Eros Psyche trine and Isis Osiris conjunct, Venus Mars are also widely conjunct and the Sun is conjunct Venus. Moon on North Node and descendant just cinches the deal, I would look more at the fact that the Moon is on the descendant here and my mind goes straight to Robert Hand, who emphasizes the deep emotional susceptibility of a couple with the Moon on the ascendant or descendant... I tend to agree. With my current partner we have a loose Moon/Ascendant conjunction (6 degrees), and our emotional ups and downs are kind of legendary... but ultimately we are both very susceptible emotionally to the relationship and since it is overall a strong one this isn't bad, but serves to deepend the emotional bond. For us the Moon is on the Vertex axis, which is somewhat similar I suppose to the nodal one but with obviously quite different connotations. Still, with the Moon conjunct the North Node we see the definite likelihood that the emotions of the couple will be in tune with its needs for growth, an excellent combination by all accounts...

Would actually be fascinated to see the natal charts around this one, etc. etc.

Also am interested to hear more about it if you get a chance. My email address is on my website there if you're interested in emailing at all, but I'm happy to discuss on the forum.

Yungang, thank you so much. Was checking here most days but missed yesterday . I will post the synastry and natals to you tomorrow. It would be fantastic to discuss with you. In the meantime will add a comment made by iQ about the Uranus square in the comp:

" I do agree that Uranus squares trigger sudden events but to trigger a sudden end to the relationship, Uranus would have to square the 7th House Lord. Here, Uranus is the 7th House Lord, and Uranus as 7th Lord supports relationships that have a major difference in them like difference in age, race, religion etc."

Have just received the charts! Thank you for your e-mail, it all sounds very interesting and I look forward to corresponding with you. Things are very busy for me right now and I still do not have the internet at home, so I can't reply in depth at this time.
But I'm very grateful for your e-mail. Blessings, until we speak again!
