Thankfully, we share the same overall taste in music and lifestyle. Difference is, I'm all over the place with properties of my Asc(and Venus), thanks to a square to Uranus, Jupiter and Moon (which are in the same sign as his Venus haha). One day I'm his type, other day I'm not

It's bad enough I was born with a Capricorn Asc, but it's also afflicted and receives 4 squares. My appearance is a very sensitive issue. I really don't want Mizz Prissy and Bubbly Libra Venus criticizing how I look. :/

Bah, it's all making me feel very insecure. It feels like he will never accept the less beautiful parts of me, since Libra Venus can be quite intolerant of physical defects, let's be honest here. It's like my biggest nightmare, I just want to crawl under the bed and not come out.

Of course I am assuming and projecting. I have no idea how he will react. But it is making me feel so low, bringing up all sorts of feelings of inadequacy and shame about my body.

I've always dated a bit beneath my level because I was afraid I would be rejected by a more attractive partner. I thought I do not deserve someone classically attractive. A person who doesn't strive to be universally liked is someone who could understand me and be more tolerant of my flaws. Well, up until now.

I probably take it a lot more personally because of the afflictions and, of course, this is his role it seems, to get me to confront them. He did say he is attracted to me, but I still fear he will reject me when I'll be caught off guard.

I know it sounds shallow. I've always been bullied and criticized about my appearance and my body. It feels like I am reliving every single rejection all over again. I've been crying for 2 days. I am glad that he's making me confront this, I guess with a more accepting partner this wouldn't have happened. And truth is I have no idea how accepting or intolerant he really is. He said I'm not the hottest woman he was ever interested in, but he is attracted to me. To me, that sounded like "you're not exactly good enough, but it will do", like he's settling. I understand he probably meant it as a compliment but my heart sank when he said it. I also know this is mostly in my head . G0ddamn it, I never thought one stupid aspect can mess me up like this.

And that made me chuckle -- with a knowing grin. I do believe you're right. It's the most peaceful, genuine, and yet, elevating -- even challenging -- relationship I've ever had. I'm quietly amazed by how he can say nothing -- his silent actions are so intensely motivating. I'll always be a little stunned at first, before I realise there's something else going on -- another layer -- which I have to identify and comprehend, before the behaviour or action or event stops.

I know that's very, very vague; it only happens when we're apart -- never when we're physically together. So these are the times for lesson-learning. Like the attraction is there but he was never my type so perhaps that is what a square is like 'you are not my type but still feel attracted to you.' My AC trines his Venus and he seems to find me cute no matter what but I wasn't his ideal type either. Perhaps trines cause attraction like you are my type but not my ideal type but the conjunction gives that 'you are so my type' feel to it.

My ex was my ideal type and his AC conjuncts my 7th house ruler and squares my nodes. Further his Sidereal AC conjuncts my Venus and Mars. Further his vertex conjuncts my AC and Southnode.

You know what I just realized? My duad Asc is 25 Libra, CONJUNCT his 28 Libra Venus. It might just save the day. I even have some faint dimples lol, tho they're asymmetric, like the rest of my body. :/ I'd be curious if you'd find Cap/Can risings attractive, if their duad Asc would be conjunct your Venus. You said there were exceptions, no?

However, I remember we talked on the subject once and I asked him why he's pursuing me, since he seemed into thin women and I'm rather plump. He initially joked about liking to see me insecure, then said it's all about the attitude and besides, he likes big booties. Must have been his duad Virgo Venus talking.

I think having Venus conj Pluto, in the 12th, as well as sextiling Neptune might change things quite a bit. Though I am sure he is attracted to aesthetic perfection in the end he might go for substance and a deep connection rather than just looks. He's sleeping with beautiful women already, yet he keeps pursuing me. Well, it's not as if I am completely unattractive, I know I have a beautiful face, in a striking/penetrating way, but I'm more self conscious about my body. The bod needs work. It's always been my most shameful attribute. I decided I will take this overdue kick in my behind and get back to a healthy living, dieting and especially exercising and after sobbing for 2 days my Aries Sun kicked in this morning and said screw this sh^t, I'm fab, take it or leave it.

btw, my love is an Aries Sun, like yourself. MY dwad Sun is in Aries, conj his Sun, and his dwad Sun in Libra, conj my Venus. We cant keep away from each other.

if your body is the only thing you find uncomfortable, go ahead and fix it, don't wait - surgery (lipo) or exercise, but do something to get in shape and to love the way you look.

Well, he didn't say he likes MY fat bootie, he said he likes them in general (and my ass is not that fat!). Regarding me, he says he likes that I'm a good person with a big heart (his exact words), that I am assertive and put him in his place when he crosses the line, that I am challenging, that I have a devious mind and that my smile alone turns him on. He commented on my mischievous facial expression once, but hasn't made other comments about my body. I was kind of blown with these confessions, gotta hand it to them Scorps, they do know how to woo you for sure.
